Took it to a shop on Hilcroft for the same price -- they gave me a 30-day warranty, and three months later, my phone is still perfect. Bottom line: you might save a few bucks upfront, but you'll pay more in the long run. Avoid this place if you value your phone and your money.

I was told that I'd be able to come pick it up in roughly 3 hours. Kudos for allowing same-day service. By the time it was ready for pickup, I came in to inspect the phone. I noticed just there are some gaps on the screen but it was responsive. Right as it became time to pay I learned they were unwilling to accept the Yelp check in offer of 10% off and would charge an additional $20 fee when deciding to use a credit card. I went out to get cash and eventually paid. When asking for a receipt, he gave me a piece of paper with some scribbles and largely illegible penmanship. Overall the repair was successful, the price was right, but the inconvenience and shoddy customer service might mean I will reconsider my business if this ever happens again.

I hate to be "that guy" but... I had a cracked screen on my Apple Watch, I had seen Fix UR Gadget…read morein the tunnels so I thought I'd give them a try... I looked at the reviews, gave them a call and walked over from my office. My phone is a generation 1 so a new screen needed to be ordered. I was able to pick my watch up the following day. Fast forward about two weeks and I notice my watch was dimmer and as I began to touch the screen was loose. The screen appeared to need better adhesive because the screen was off of the face of the watch. I took my watch back to Fix UR Gadget and after analysis I was told there was corrosion on the interior mechanism of my watch that they don't repair. The corrosion was believed to be caused by moisture.... so the screen was replaced but not secured properly and moisture apparently got inside of the watch and now it's on me??? Thanks Guys
