I've heard the stories about Verizon and ATT and I always say, "Why don't you use Union?" Union will help you with your new phone when you don't understand it, they help you find the plan and the phone that are right for you, and they are always patient and never pushing to make sales. And the solution to all customer service: if you get a new person or someone who doesn't understand your problem, just call back. There is never a wait time.

However I do notice that these days Family dollar is in small towns so that they don't have to compete with those kind of stores. Not a bad move at all and certainly not a bad move in opening a Family Dollar store in Saratoga where the pickings for goods and services are slim. Not a whole lot of variety to pick from. So it is good that this kind of store opened so they can give the local grocery store some competition and maybe the town can see an overall drop in prices on some things. Everyone that works here are nice and friendly and to Saratoga having this kind of store is a breath of fresh air after the drug store closed many years ago. Family Dollar covers the basics on your everyday needs and that is fine for those in search of everyday things.

Very clean, nicely stocked store. Found everything I needed and had excellent steaks :). Staff was super friendly and very helpful, and even offered their assistance even when not asked.
