Recently, our refrigerator went out. Wasn't cooling. I called the serviceman at Russell's and he…read morecame out and worked on it replacing a fan. And thought he had it. He said to keep an eye on it and it didn't cool as good as it should. It was better. But not right. So I called the next morning and talked with him. He very rude to me. He said that since we had it unplugged when he came out he couldn't access it right. He was very rude and gruff and acted like I insulted him. I wasn't doing that. I just wanted it fixed completely. That's all. I mean it was better but not completely. He didn't have time to look at it today, he said rudely. He is very busy and has other things that he had to do. Probably tomorrow. I called and complained. The salesperson apologized, but by then I called someone else who cares to be cordial. I paid extra money so I wouldn't have to put up with this rude serviceman! Never again!

I dont…read moreknow what happened but was surprised when the internet didn't work and when I logged into the T-Mobile app I was surprised to see we had a balance of almost four hundred dollars. I found that odd since we were not using T-Mobile cell service yet. I called customer support, spent two days on my work lunch hour to get no where and also to be hung up on. I got back on the app and was communicating with T-Mobile via chat. He told me to just go to the store. I was really not happy that no one could seem to help me. I went into the Kearney T-Mobile store and met Telsa F. She went above and beyond for us. She got the whole situation fixed and made me feel much better about the merge. She even gave us some free items! She showed us what "magenta love" is. She is highly knowledgeable and very good at her job. Alicia O. was also very helpful and knowledgeable. These two gals are the best and I strongly recommend them both!

I purchased a 42" Phillips flat screen television three years ago along with an extended warranty…read more Here recently I started having problems with my tv that required warranty work. Holtz tv of Grand Island, NE did the warranty work on my tv. They had it for 5 weeks ( which was a ridiculous amount of time for a TV repair!!). When I finally got my tv back they had fixed the problem but had a new problem with the tv that was caused by their faulty repair work/faulty parts. So I called them up and they basically said it was not their problem and they would not stand behind their repair work since it was warranty work and to call the warranty company. Well our warranty expired while holtz tv had our television making repairs. So the warranty company said they wont cover the new problem since the warranty had expired. Holtz Tv should be responsible for this! It is their fault my tv still does not function properly. So now I have a televsion that does not work properly because Holtz TV will not stand behind their very poor repair service and there is nothing I can do about. And the lady on the phone at Holtz Tv needs to learn the meaning of customer service!
