I spent years helping my mother financially and was her only family. I took care of her for a month while she died of liver cancer. He never took my calls, I constantly tried and tried and never got through. Even unanswered emails. We never went to court, he never contacted my witnesses who stated my mother was not of sound mind and signed the will 2 days before her death. My mothers best friend called Mr. Minot to get him moving at one point over the 8 months and he never returned her call. She saw my mother just after signing the will and my mother asked her "Am I Dead?". A nurse that told me my mother was irrational and a friend stating my niece brain washed my mother against me. When I first talked to Mr. Minot about my case he assured me it would be a simple invalidation of the will. Well, that was a complete lie. I feel so duped by Mr. Minot and his lack of understanding and his extremely rude bedside manor on calls actually telling me to be quiet and let him talk constantly!! He also never remembers anything that I have told him or anything I sent. Proof #1 is not knowing how much I gave him as a retainer. I had to go through months of transactions on my banks website to find the paid retainer and they can't find it. Still doing the work for him! SMH (shaking my head)!
