We were told we needed further major services since they didn't resolve the problem. When I tried to speak to the owner he talked over me. Didn't listen to me. Called me a liar. Yelled at me. Apparently he wasn't happy that I realized we were tricked into the first service. All he had to do was be honest to begin with.

We bought a generator from this company and it was delivered with damaged panels and was supposed…read moreto come with a communications device to report the status of the generator to us. they told us it was on back order from manufacture. We called and send emails to this company thru out he year and they kept telling us that the part was still on back order and they said they would take care of the damaged panels. well last week I called to see what was the delay on the part and the panels and they proceed to tell me that the part would be an extra cost and they will not change out the panel because we did not tell anyone for a year. which we clearly did notify them the day of delivery that the panels were damaged and took pictures of the generator hanging off of their delivery truck. After several emails and a phone call to the manufacture, we got the communicating device within 1 day of ordering it. Sirius does not keep there word or honor their prices. They say they care about their customer but clearly they don't care at all. I will never use or recommend this company, you will get the shaft in the end! Keith

They charged me $80 for that opinion. I took it to Sirius. They told me it was a bent pin in the monitor cable. Took 30 seconds to fix, so they charged me nothing. Millennium is a pure rip-off. Sirius are good people.
