We don't like their packages so try selecting individual sheets as they are laid out in the order form. 'x' sheets of one size, 'y' sheets of another. Pay the amount indicated for each sheet. They decide on their own, we don't want 'x' sheets, we only want 'x' photos. Oh, customer paid too much, wonder why. Oh well refund the difference. Don't bother calling the customer to clarify the order. Then get upset when the customer calls wanting the photo sheets clearly ordered on the form, argue about it when they don't understand how to read their own order form. Ultimately they agreed to run off the missing photos but demand payment up front. Least they could have done in the name of customer service and the trouble we had to go through to get resolution is done it gratis. Our friends and family have switched over to the Walmart Studio, been getting better pictures at better prices and get what they order, so I guess that's where we're headed next year.
