The photographer is a gruff guy who doesn't seem to care. The photography session was slow. It took a long time to even get in to review the photos. And the photos themselves are nothing special. Since they're just family photos, I don't care too much. But I wouldn't recommend them for regular photos since they're so expensive. And I wouldn't recommend them for weddings based on their portfolio.

We booked a photography session (45 minutes) at the studio (he also does sessions outdoors) and within a week, Chad showed us the proofs (30 minutes). Our family had selected 3 photos we really wanted out of two dozen of them, and decided to add two more photos to our package. Overall, the experience was great.
