We talked about my needs for the massage and addresses problematic areas before we headed up the stairs. Heading up the stairs you see the other seating area with more comfortable seating, a kitchen (since they are starting a smoothing bar - you should check it out), a variety of products for sale, and the main (previous) hotel entrance. The massage room was cozy and had great relaxing atmosphere. Kylie is such a thoughtful and contentious service provider. She did so SO much work on so many knots and I am so grateful. Dr. Addante spent at least 30-45 minutes asking me questions, and reviewing my medical history before doing anything.
