I googled another printer... I came upon Rolling Press, that was about 4 blocks away from Staples... the super nice gentleman at the front desk informed me that they had just announced that they were going out of business and couldn't take my order, BUT referred me to Save Mor Digital Printing, which was actually much closer to my house... I'm sad that I wasn't aware that they've been around for 35 years... not only was the customer service at both of these small, independent stores FAAAARRRR more superior than my 1st experience, the prices were less than half. They do great professional work. You can work with them in person, which I did when I started. They have a wide variety of paper options and can talk you through them. Or online, which we now use for reorders.
