On May 6, 2026 I received an statement for $25.00 I called the Women's care asking the reason of the charge. They said it was for OFFICE VISIT and that Medicare did not covered office visit. My appointment was not scheduled for office visit so I contacted Medicare and they said that Women's Care used the wrong code (99397) and that they need to provide the correct code for Medicare to make the payment. I called back Women's Care and spoke with Carol who confirmed that Women's Care uses that code and that I signed a paper work where I am responsible for the remaining balance. I agree with that, but I do not agree with the Women's Care using the wrong code and Women's Care needs to contact Medicare to request the correct code to get the payment. It seems that Women's Care does not care about processing the correct codes to charge the Insurance companies and whatever the Insurance rejects, then, the easiest way for Women's Care is to argue with the patient instead of fixing the mistake they have made. It is only $25.00 dollars, but the principal is they have done something wrong and they refused to correct it, causing a person on Social Security to pay the $25.00

This was my first time at this location, which wasn't too far away but I had the same experience here as the other locations. Friendly and courteous staff at the front desk with a short wait until I was taken into- the room. Even in the room my wait was very brief until the doctor came in. I also saw a new doctor during this visit but it was just the same as my regular doctors, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and speedy with my process.

During the week I waited for the scheduler to call, I left two voice mail messages in her mailbox asking for a callback By the fifth day with no response, I reached out to my BayCare PCP. Upon my request, the PCP referred me to Moffitt Cancer Center. Less than one hour later, Moffitt set me up as a new patient and scheduled a consultation with a GYN. Though this means a second GYN consultation for me vs the next step of getting the necessary procedure done, I feel as if the schedulers at Moffitt have a better sense of urgency, a stronger business acumen, and a higher level of commitment to serving patients in a timely manner. I had no prior experience with Moffitt, yet they rolled out the red carpet and used kid gloves from the moment we connected to help a person in need.

It's quite attractive and very calming and peaceful when you walk in. The staff is always very nice. Very helpful. The quality of care that you get is top-of-the-line. The type of care is OB/GYN or gynecology and other things in between the female anatomy. Dr. K is very friendly. She answers all your questions and she make sure that you're satisfied with all your questions that you may have and she make sure that you understand the answers before you leave. Sometimes they run a little bit behind, but that's to be expected because she's extremely good at her job and women wait to see her. So if you're in the market for an OB/GYN or a gynecologist give Dr. K a try. Martina Reiss provided unnecessary stress and projected her own personal opinion at my 39 week appointment by calling me selfish for not wanting to induce my baby. After multiple rounds of testing and asking for clarity on the reasoning for the induction, she could not give me a straight forward answer. I worked tirelessly with this office to undergo 2 rounds of ultrasound and NST testing to make sure that what I was doing was the best for my baby and myself. Yet I felt like a number at the end of the day rather than given the care and empathy my baby and I deserved. I am happy to report that I was able to deliver a beautiful baby girl with no issues whatsoever but because of my interaction with Dr. Reiss, it has made consider if I even want to pursue having children in the future. If I do have the courage to do so, I will not be going through Women's Care.
