So when I showed up for my appointment I had to scrambled to pay $150!!! They have records of the other charges and all they could say is they think the person that checked me in didn't know what they were doing is their best guess. I've been a long term patient here for many years and I'm going to Dr Websters office now that charges CONSIDERABLY LESS for the regular appointments AND the procedures. His office staff is significantly more competent, and I get informed what the fees are before my appointment, and he does a fantastic job.

I have very little pain, and the affects of the general anesthesia are subsiding. Dr. Politz spends time with his patient before the surgery, explaining everything and answering questions. He just called me tonight to make sure I was doing ok. How many surgeons give a patient their cell number? His bedside manner is superb, and his skill and experience is evidenced by his having performed over 10,000 thyroid and parathyroid surgeries. He is one of the best in the country - people come from other states and even other countries to be cared for by him.

She went and looked for it and said she had no record of it. So I wasted a half hour doing all that paperwork for nothing. I told her in no uncertain terms, screw off, I'm not rescheduling. If this service and incompetence is indicative of the quality of care in the office, I want no part of it and I CERTAINLY won't trust this place with my feet. Good riddance. No second chances. Patients beware.
