Sales rep Mike Hill came to my door, and told me he could help repair the hail damage to my roof. i invited him in and he sold me a load of crap about how he'd help every step of the way when the insurance adjuster came out. He assured me there'd be recourse and ways to move forward if they disputed the damage. Well the adjuster didnt agree with Mike Hills assessment, and now im shit out of luck permanently. Mike Hill ignored 6 voicemail messages, and has never called me back. Funny thing is... if he had called me back I was ready to replace my roof and gutters out of pocket either way! All he had to do was call me back once, and he would have had a sale for roof and gutters, but he didnt because hes dishonest and lazy. If you're looking for a companly that does suv-par finish work and takes nearly four months to do a siding job, then this is the company to pick. It also shows that all reviews aren't always indicative of every job. The subcontractors were not respectful, never picked up scraps, nails, pieces of metal and left cigarette butts all over yard. When they finally did finish, it was still "not finished" we had to do our own punch list WITH PICTURES of the poor quality of work (14 pages) and they would come and fix it and it was worse than the first time. Extremely dissatisfied with communication and work performed. We had to call the gutter and window team back multiple times. While they did come back to complete the work, this took multiple phone calls, text messages, and double, triple, and quadruple, checking the work. Gutter Crew -napping on the job - Installed gutters short twice. The second time, the crew tried to pass it off as acceptable. -damaged downspout that was fortunately found and requested them to fix or else risk foundation / basement intrusion Window Wrap Crew -Viking Contact that I was communicating with did not seem to have concern over the findings brought to his attention. --Inconsistent wrap quality during installation -- NO Clean up performed by the crew - Found MULTIPLE UTILITY BLADES laying in the yard and landscape. ---Workers did not pay attention to detail by missing numerous seal areas and neglecting to replace one piece of wrap on an elevated window. read more

Incompetent Clowns Hired to do the roof in June. Work was partially completed in June. I called in August asking the status of the project and they barely could find the account but then had someone come out to finish it. Waited and waited for a bill for what insurance didn't cover. Nothing. I called back again and basically had to tell them that we had a balance due and were waiting for the bill. They said it would be emailed. Nothing. I called again and got another clown that transferred me to Clown #2 who told me a bill would be sent. Four months after the project, they still hadn't sent a bill and they started leaving messages with my wife. She called back within minutes, every time, but had to leave a message because answering a call is very difficult for them. Every voicemail my wife left said the same thing: where's our bill, send the bill. Avoid these clowns, they hire incompetent workers. How difficult is it to mail or email a bill or return calls? Had a horrible experience working with this company last year. Unfortunately, I'm still paying for the decision of going with this company. After working with them, I've had bats and squirrels work their way into my roof. If you are a new homeowner, I recommend you run when you encounter this company. When you have inquiries, you will have a hard time talking to the person you initially worked with. I had to speak to at least 5 different representatives and at the end of the day, I feel I was taken advantage of. read more

I definitely wished I had done some research and read some reviews before going with this company to replace my roof due to hail damage. They did my neighbor's roof and seemed to do a great job. All and all it's a decision I regret! In the process of the installation deep gashes and scapes were left on a great portion of the siding on my house! I had them come out and clean these marks but noticed that while some were just surface, there were also quite a few that are deeper. My outdoor outlet was used to power tools which I had no problem with but the cover was broken and no longer latch and stay closed. I did mention that but the siding was my biggest concern. I'm still waiting to see a couple photos that were taken before the project started that they took, just to confirm that a damaged section I found was there prior to. Since I handed over the payment I doubt it will happen! To top all of that off, my contact person left the company after my roof install was completed, as I wondered why he didn't show up on two occasions to document the damage. Absolutely awful company. They are using fake reviews on Facebook and Google to keep their ratings high. Contacting people unsolicited at 6 in the morning, then when told to "remove my info and don't contact me again" they text again "What time can we come by?" REALLY? The reviews on facebook are so blatantly fake. This is the type of company that needs to be sued into oblivion and shut down. read more

This is the worst company you could imagine. They had to come out four times to get the job done. One person sends a message on what they are doing and they do something else. The only good thing is they were so incompetent they gave us free work because of lack of coordination and communication. They are dumb. Do not use these people. Viking Contractors LLC I had storm damage on my roof and had soffit replaced. After countless delay from Viking Contractors to replace the soffit that Viking Contractors installed on my house it was the wrong color and the wrong profile. After Contacting Viking Contractors many times. I asked to talk to the manager, I was give to one of the owners Jake was his name. After no return phone calls. I received a text " We will get this fascia and soffit fixed today." I received a call from my neighbor stating that a work truck was in my driveway, I received no notice from Viking Contractors. That they were coming to my house. So I could be at my house to make sure what they were doing to fix the wrong color and wrong profiled soffit. When I got home that night from work Viking Contractors didn't put the right profile on my house they came out and replaced the soffit with the wrong profile, and vented panels were sloted and not perforated and the color didn't match. This has been delaying the completion of my other project on my house. After calling Jake to find out when they are going to be putting up the right color and profile soffit. I receive no call back, from Jake a week later I receive a text stating "We will be unable to complete any more work for you. " I want the correct soffit installed and the correct color. read more
