Here I could bring the cat in immediately, he was checked out and trusted by Dr. Stephanie Vamplew (just love her!) - I was very impressed with their compassion and expertise. And consequently I made arrangements to have ALL my pets treated their (4 cats in total), even though it is inconvenient for me as I am disabled and the 40km drive is long for me... But I'd rather endure that, knowing that my "babies" are looked after properly. Over a month ago, the female owner told my mother that she would be bringing in some Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. At this point, my mother said she would take a female when it came in. When the incompetent owner called to say that the puppies were in, she said she already sold the female. OK... My mom told the morons that she would like to think about getting a male and that she would call them the next day. The male owner did not wait for my mom to call the next morning, and he did not bother to call her to ask if she had made a decision. He sold the other two puppies without speaking to my mom. When confronted and asked about why they sold all of the puppies after one had been spoken for, the psychotic male owner lost control and started swearing and saying, "This is horse shit". He proceeded to tell me to get out of his "goddamn store" and that he was going to call the police on me!!!!!! In 35 years, I have never seen such a poorly run business with incompetent owners. The man is PSYCHOTIC!!!!!!

The dogs were excited when we arrived and started playing right away. We felt really guilty about leaving them for so long but the new owners made us feel confident that they would be well looked after, and of course they were! With Facebook and Instagram updates we could see how much fun they were having, a vacation of their own. When we returned, through the conversation with the new owners you could tell they took the time to get to know our pets and seeing the response of the dogs & cat with them and the affection our pets had towards them you knew that they had spent a lot of time with them. They even let our cat play with their 2 year old son!! I am so happy that we left our pets with the new owners! They are fantastic people who truly love animals and treated our pets as their own!

They take the time to answer all your questions and make sure you understand everything they are saying. You can tell that everyone who works there has a strong love for animals. Both Dr. Parks and Dr. Bolton are amazing at what they do. They always try to be quick so that your animal is calm and relaxed. Daniella is great as well. She always spends time with the animal and making sure they are doing alright. Sue at the desk really is good at her job. She is friendly and is quick. I would highly recommend this place. I have been to others and this is definitely a great place. They also have cuties there for adoption so if you are looking, please go there!
