Facts: 1. Called…read moreRory at Affordable Comfort to address blinking light issue. 2. Was advised that panel was overloaded and needed to be upgraded 3. Paid a significant sum to upgrade the panel 4. Next rainfall, rainwater entered through the conduit behind the panel. (I had no issues prior to; area was completely dry before Affordable worked on it). 5. Affordable advised they can't seal the conduit; it's not within the scope of work they do; I'll need to hire water proofers to dig up my garage concrete floor and seal it the conduit from the outside. 6. Lights are still blinking. Affordable indicated that it could be caused by anything, and addressing that issue is a separate service. 7. However, Rory always had some nonsensical excuse for all his oversights, mistakes, and corner-cutting, of which there were too many to list here. I hope this helps someone.

Tony was very punctual upon arrival. He took a look a my dryer and literally had the dryer apart in minutes. I was amazed at how quick he was taking it apart. He checked all the major components and explained to me what the problem was and how I can avoid the issue in the future. The best part about this experience is he had all the parts on his truck and had it repaired within an hour. I was really impressed with their invoicing system, it came directly to my phone, which I feel is way better than those paper invoices.
