I hate to call BS on the car repair suggestions because each shop may be more or less preventative,…read morebut on my third trip in to this shop I was handed a quote for $3000 of repairs. I know every shop handles things differently, but I know this number too well. So, I drove 30 miles to my favorite country car place and was told my brakes had 15-20k miles left on them(I drive about 6k/yr). That's three oil changes, not an "urgent action item". My shop told me one of the "dirty" fluids was clean without anything in it or being burnt. One other fluid needed changed. So my $3000 bill is looking to be $1100 with all that and some other things. This is a great shop for convenience, but I would suggest a second opinion if they give you a fishy report. Again, each shop is different. One might say " you need to fix one so replace all four" or sometimes a wire and some careful fixing can save you a $300 part replacement. But, my $4k car just needs to be well maintained to last me until I'm ready to replace it.

And it's pretty frustrating when you are on a busy road blocking traffic and can't get a human on the line for over 15 minutes! Constantly having to yell TOW TOW TOW to the infuriating recording which then texts a link for you to FILL OUT and SUBMIT that doesn't work. The person who provided the tow was great-- I know it was not his fault but AAA is too greedy now. They take your money but don't have sufficient staff to provide service in a timely fashion.

The car arrived at my house early and the driver was very pleasant, and when my flight home was delayed, they dealt with that schedule change. After an exhausting two weeks and nearly 24 hours of travel, not having to go find my car and drive an hour and a half was the best. In fact, it was even better than I thought, because when I got home, my car battery was dead, which would have been tough to deal with in long-term parking. Carnival seems to be re-branding we had a positive experience with all of the crew members, and quality of cruisers on the Vista. Cloud 9 Spa had me floating as I indulged in the 75 min.body , scalp, eye, hot stone massage. Each port offered a quick glimpse of the culture and atmosphere of the island. Next time ,I will spend more time at one destination to fully immerse in the experience, food , music with the local's. I will definitely post the POSITIVE feedback on the CARNIVAL website! Although, I have to share my experience with you Allison in comparison to my previous cruise planner. Your response to questions that needed clarity were delayed. The details were fragmented, I had to resend or leave a voicemail which took you a few days to respond. Once you received the full payment you appeared to relax and slack off with customer service . You even left me a voice that you were digging out from a trip to Michigan? I understand this was an extremely larger group perhaps in the future you may need additional assistance to make sure you communicate effectively if you ever have such a large group again that you can not handle.Or use the email data from all travelers to send out a mass email to communicate to all at once . I hope your Thank You cards will have a credit for transfer fees from MCO to Hotel and Hotel to Port ( etc) or a gift card or something as an act of Gratitude for booking a group of 40 cruisers. I have traveled to Europe , Caribbean and South America. After researching and viewing the rates and comparisons of what strangers shared....they seemed to had a more personal , quick response,organized planner...they had additional credits , bottle of wine for dinner, free 2 bag of laundry services etc... little perks that showed act of thanks and gratitude. Crediting only $25 to each 40 family member was only $1,000...you made a HUGE profit. No transfers were covered or discounted to or from MCO, Hotel, Cape Canaveral etc. I hope you will provide more rewards and perks , customer service for ALL of your future clients. Please note ....money, credit cards, checks, CURRENCY does not discriminate its a vehicle to purchase, to experience a Mc Donald's Big Mac v/s Grass-fed Beef Burger the latter is which I prefer when I eat red meat. I hope you will take this review as positive constructive feedback in order to increase your retention rate. I'm sure this is not your bread and butter business . Had an oil change performed on my vehicle on March 2025, but I did not want to have tires rotated…read moreas I was planning to have that done elsewhere along with balancing. They performed the oil change well enough, but they always seem to be a bit less welcoming when you state that you don't want the tire rotation service. My main issue, however, is that they did not appear to top off my fluids although they include a $6-plus charge for that service on your bill, according to the genial woman who checked me in. I ended up having to buy washer fluid myself to refill my vehicle's reservoir. Also, I would have liked to have gotten the checklist of systems they checked, and the videos they used to provide. Did they not check everything because I didn't want to have the tire rotation? I don't like having to think about that possibility. I'll likely still go there for oil changes, but I am hopeful service will be a little better overall.

Save time & money: go elsewhere!!!…read more My wife had a flat tire, and made the mistake of having it towed to AAA Car Care at South Square. They decided that all four tires needed to be replaced, plus a couple other things, and quoted over a thousand dollars (!!!). I said how about you patch the flat tire and I'll come pick it up- which they refused (!!!- professing deep concern about our "safety" lol). Since it was now mid-afternoon the day before Independence Day, I had to scramble to find another shop to tow it to ON MY OWN DIME (the lack of a spare tire is another story). Luckily I was able to find one and they patched the tire for $32; all the tires are just fine (no evidence of "dry rot" as claimed by AAA). This is a great place to go if you're itching to spend extra for stuff you don't need; otherwise you should GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
