Last night, my family and I visited this establishment to celebrate my mother's birthday with an evening of bowling. We were accompanied by our children and grandchildren and were looking forward to a fun family outing. We ordered food while bowling during our one-hour lane reservation. The food arrived about 30 minutes later, which was reasonable given how busy the venue appeared to be. Our server was excellent--friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. The only issue with the food was an order of fried pickles that were severely overcooked. They were so hard that they were difficult to eat. I mentioned this to our server, who apologized and said she would speak with the manager. I was not seeking a refund or a replacement; I simply expected the manager to come speak with me directly regarding the concern. Unfortunately, the restaurant manager chose not to address me personally. Instead, another manager approached and apologized on their behalf. During the conversation, I was told that I should have returned the food sooner. That response made little sense given that we were actively bowling and participating in the activity we had paid for. It seemed unreasonable to expect customers to leave their game to track down a manager over a side dish, especially when the issue had already been communicated through our server. While I appreciated the apology from the second manager, I expressed that avoiding a direct conversation with a customer reflected poor customer service. Customers deserve to feel heard when they raise a concern, regardless of how minor the issue may seem. What was most disappointing was not the overcooked food, but the lack of accountability and communication from the manager responsible for the restaurant. A simple conversation could have easily resolved the situation and left a positive impression. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment. Good customer service is about listening to customers, addressing concerns directly, and taking ownership when issues arise. Unfortunately, that did not happen during our visit.

I had never been and as I walked in, I was a little nervy but all of that went away as soon as we checked in, got drinks and were taken to our lanes. The guy running the location that night was super friendly and walked us thru the process. He was great and checked in on us through the process. We had a great time chatting and axe throwing! We did the 45 minute unlimited and did not have reservations. We found that 45 minutes was more than enough time to enjoy and perfect one's axe throwing. We will be back!

Our family ranges from 1 to 62 years old and it was fun for everyone. My 3-year-old nephew even enjoyed playing with the toy fire trucks that were probably for display only. The owner was so incredibly kind, he seemed to be thrilled that his toys were entertaining a gentle toddler. That, along with his incredible knowledge of Axe Throwing, and willingness to show us how the activity should be done was so admirable. This was…read morein no small part due to Ashlyn, who is one of the owners and an excellent ax throwing coach. Number one, she's a girls girl and I love that. Number two, she was super helpful with helping us figure out how to distribute our weight and throw to maximize our points and skill. I got progressively better each time and even won one round!! I got several bullseyes and called the blue dot and hit it (I forget what that's called but it's good) Anyway, yes wear closed toe shoes but nothing with a platform (crocs or sneakers will do). However, the owners are very helpful in providing tips to tune up your ac-throwing skills. They literally won't let you be absolutely awful (you may not be good by the time you leave ,but you won't be awful) unless you just want to be. There are light refreshments and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) available for purchase. Whether you are a party of one or with a group, you will definitely have a good time here. I definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.
