Very big arcade and great music and environment. Food was tasty and good choices of food. Lanes were nice and balls too.

We got there around 11:30 PM on a Saturday, and there was still plenty of parking available, which was a nice surprise. The crowd was decent without feeling overly packed, and the atmosphere was fun and energetic. The drinks were reasonably priced, but honestly, most of the ones I tried were pretty underwhelming. The green tea shots were definitely the highlight and probably the best thing I ordered. We were playing skee-ball around 2:05 AM and finishing up our last game when a bouncer came over and told us we needed to leave. Since they didn't close until 2:30 AM, that interaction felt a little rude and left a bad impression. Overall, it's a fun spot to visit with friends and worth checking out at least once. It's not somewhere I'd personally go every weekend, but it has a cool vibe and offers a good night out.

The food trucks outside are always a nice bonus, but the real draw is the atmosphere and games inside. Duckpin bowling is a blast, the place stays busy with great music and a lively crowd but never feels chaotic, and the staff does a great job checking in and making sure everyone's good. The restrooms are clean too, which says a lot for a place this big and popular. Parking isn't great, but that's just South End for you. Overall, this is consistently a 5/5 Charlotte hotspot.

I just had to pay for shoe rentals which came to about $11 total for 2 kids. We had our own lane and 2 "free" games of bowling fun. They have plenty of options for bowling balls, ramps, and gutter guards to make this fun for kids. When we were done bowling, my kids enjoyed exploring the arcade. I loved the hand sanitizer readily available at the front counter. This location was much more enjoyable than the huntersville location as it was less crowded (despite there being camps here), appears newer, and was very clean.

It was my first time playing laser tag. You can play with people in your group but also have the option to allow other people in your session. Think you can have up to 20 people playing at a time. You can play in teams or individually. The laser gun keeps track of your hits and ranks everyone at the end of the game. The game lasts 10 mins. At first I thought, 10 minutes?! was way too short for the amount of money we paid for one session. But when you're running around on the course, 10 minutes is sufficient. It was fun and sweaty lol. The five star rating is for the exceptional customer service provided by their manager, Bryant and a staff member, Joshua.

The bowling itself was perfectly fine. lanes worked, vibes were decent, pins fell as expected…read more The bar, however...yikes. Every time we walked up, the bartender looked deeply annoyed that we existed. Like a smile might've physically hurt her. Not exactly the energy you want when ordering a drink. And the food? Took forever. Long enough that we genuinely forgot we had ordered it. One of our friends ordered a cheeseburger and it reminded her of the frozen school lunches we used to get in public school. I don't expect over the top cheerfulness, but basic friendliness and timely food would go a long way. Fun for bowling, just don't come hungry or thirsty for good service.

The shoes seemed fairly new and didn't give that grunge and germ vibe we all expect. The food was tasty and well presented! Downsides- the bar was understaffed and the wait was long. The manager running our party was very snippy and managing people wasn't her skill set. The food came out separately and without warning so you never knew if a new dish had arrived. Our "personal waitress" was a joke. She was tied up all night, having several parties to attend to. Was constantly stuck waiting at the bar and by the end of the party (at 9pm) she wasn't writing orders down or even remembering that she took any, it was sad and the manager was useless. The energy and music vibe picked up around nine which was fun but they did not seem to be staffed properly in any area, including the shoe desk where you had to beg for help to get and return shoes. I don't live around there so I would not go back, simply no incentive!

My wife and I stopped by exclusively for dinner while out near the mall in Pineville. Overall, the…read morerestaurant area is actually pretty solid as a sports bar setup with great, clear screens for watching a game. Just be aware that the background noise from the game machines in the arcade can be a bit overbearing, though it's tolerable if you go in expecting that to be part of the experience. The menu offers a pretty decent mix of choices. I ended up ordering the Blackened Chicken Alfredo. The presentation was nice, but the dish itself was unfortunately somewhat oversalted, making for a less pleasant meal. As for the service, the staff was friendly, but not particularly attentive. It took a long time for our server to take our order--despite her only having two tables at the time--and another long delay at the end of the meal to get our check. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience for dinner, but definitely not a great one either. We likely wouldn't return just for dinner alone, but we might try it again if we plan on doing some gaming as well. One additional pet peeve note which seems to be a growing trend in some restaurants. Payment at the table with the server standing there waiting for the device while you tap your card and enter their tip. I am not a fan of this as it makes the tipping experience a bit awkward, especially if the service was mediocre or poor. Would like to see more of leave the device at the table and pick it up after either a few minutes or the guest departs.

We also couldn't earn tickets. The hostess told us at the hour we visited the pass was worth $65. We had a blast playing the games. The space is just big enough to hold a good amount of games. I thinking earning tickets would have made the experience a lot more fun. I'm glad that they stay open late til 12 during the week and 1 am on the weekends. Plus for the summer they are open at 10am.
