This place is part of the Galleria Mall in Rock Hill, SC. My first time here with my two Sons & 4 year old Grand. It was a Saturday evening and we put our name on the wait list at 545p and finally got a lane at 8p. SO I recommend reserving in advance if you can. The first thing I noticed was the very visible Rock Hill PD Cruisers out front. There were three of them and there was an uniformed officer stationed at the front door. Yes, you and your family will feel safe here. It's got a massive Arcade, think Dave & Busters level with electronic games for kids & adults of all ages. The big balloon claw pick up was very popular. They do the 'card swipe' so you can purchase and reload with value and when you 'win' the ticket value is credited back to the card or they have a prize exchange area. A huge bar with wide screen TV's very prominent in the center of the facility and just adjacent to the kitchen where you an order Pizza, Wings, Tenders and fries and yes they serve beer. If you like the idea of throwing an axe, they got you. I also liked the retro Pac-Man and Galaga game that are 'huge'! There are 14 bowling lanes and each has a huge HDTV over it and there is another one over the end of each lane. We watched the Commanders take down the Lions in an epic NFC division play-off game. It's computerized and automated so you have a touch screen at your lane table where you start your round and order your food. A very prominent video screen above so you can track your score. What's very different is the use of Robots to deliver the food.They also have attendants to bring the beverages, napkins, straws and check on you from time to time. Roaming CSR's available to answer questions and solve problems. We had pizza, chicken tenders and fries and I was surprised at how good the meat lover pizza was. I also like that they have the weight of each ball prominently stenciled on each ball and there are lots of choices. We all commented on how quickly the ball gets returned and the pins are re-set. It really helps to keep the pace of your round. In the winter time, this is a great place to gather with family and friends for a good time out of the weather. read more

We signed up for this location through Kids Bowl Free. That service gives kids two free games every day during specific hours. You pay for shoe rental. We had no problem getting a lane during the weekday. The facility is nice and thankfully was updated from the previous venue that was there. It's clean and the balls are nicely labeled by weight. For the little ones, they do have the things to push the ball down verses throwing it. Digital screen and scoring was easy to use and can be emailed to you. You also order through the screen at the table. Typical American bowling food. We ordered a pretzel which fed all three of us. The highlight was a robot delivers the food which our daughter loved. We barely looked at other features like the arcade or axe throwing. When we ordered food there was an option to add on a discounted play card for the arcade. We had a great time. read more

don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. This is the Rock Hill SC location. Last night, my family and I visited this establishment to celebrate my mother's birthday with an evening of bowling. We were accompanied by our children and grandchildren and were looking forward to a fun family outing. We ordered food while bowling during our one-hour lane reservation. The food arrived about 30 minutes later, which was reasonable given how busy the venue appeared to be. Our server was excellent--friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. The only issue with the food was an order of fried pickles that were severely overcooked. They were so hard that they were difficult to eat. I mentioned this to our server, who apologized and said she would speak with the manager. I was not seeking a refund or a replacement; I simply expected the manager to come speak with me directly regarding the concern. Unfortunately, the restaurant manager chose not to address me personally. Instead, another manager approached and apologized on their behalf. During the conversation, I was told that I should have returned the food sooner. That response made little sense given that we were actively bowling and participating in the activity we had paid for. It seemed unreasonable to expect customers to leave their game to track down a manager over a side dish, especially when the issue had already been communicated through our server. While I appreciated the apology from the second manager, I expressed that avoiding a direct conversation with a customer reflected poor customer service. Customers deserve to feel heard when they raise a concern, regardless of how minor the issue may seem. What was most disappointing was not the overcooked food, but the lack of accountability and communication from the manager responsible for the restaurant. A simple conversation could have easily resolved the situation and left a positive impression. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment. Good customer service is about listening to customers, addressing concerns directly, and taking ownership when issues arise. Unfortunately, that did not happen during our visit. read more

We came for an 8 year old kid's birthday party and had a great time. The pizza was ok, but the kids were enthralled watching bowling, enjoyed laser tag (even the 3 and 5 yos), and enjoyed the arcade games. I liked that they played on the birthday party cards and it wasn't all about prizes. read more

WOW!!! I loved the robot!! What a cool invention! Definitely a little pricey and all the lanes were booked when I visited but the arcade was such a bald and creates memories to last a lifetime. What a great addition to the Rock Hill area! read more

Awesome place to bowl!!! We held my daughter's birthday party there today and it was wonderful! We bowled, played laser tag, and an hour of video games!!!! Lots of pizza delivered by robots!!! The girls loved it! An abundance of staff ready to step in and help! Very clean and new!!! We'd definitely go back!!! They also had ax throwing. Definitely a fun spot for all ages! There were 7 or 8 parties today, all with plenty of space and fun for all!!! Give it a shot for your next event!!! read more

I visited this location tonight for the first time.. I was asked to leave and escorted out by the cop because I was lied on by Rhia.. At first they refused to say why but then she proceeded to say I was being rude... Absolute bullshit!! That was so embarrassing and unfair. People should be treated with respect, and not be an excuse for a person "having a bad day, because she wasn't supposed to work!", to accuse of whatever and get away with it. read more

Very big arcade and great music and environment. Food was tasty and good choices of food. Lanes were nice and balls too.

This has been one of the best bowling alleys I ever been to in my life. The customer service was excellent. They made sure me and my babies was straight and all. The food was delicious highly recommend getting the mozzarella sticks. read more

I have been here multiple time growing up and for a friends birthday event the past june. The price of bowling and laser tag are really good, and I always have a blast when I come here, especially with my friends. Would definetly reccomend this place just to hang or have brithdays. read more

This place was clean , neat and full of bells and whistles! The help was attentive and friendly! The fun was limited to the hundreds of dollars you choose to spend? For the prizes earned and the time spent , I have NEVER felt more fleeced or better yet robbed. No mask no gun needed. Don't come here unless you just left the lottery office with your winnings. TOTALLY NOT WORTH the money spent. $69 got us two pop rocks , three pieces of candy and two super small stuffies. We could have accomplished ten times as much for a tenth of the money at Walmart. read more

I came here to celebrate my younger cousin's birthday and totally got scammed. We spent over $400 and had unlimited Cardplay for two hours and had ordered four pizzas during the time of the unlimited two hours. We had only received two pizzas out of Four as we were asking over and over about our pizzas. As we were still waiting on our pizzas, the time for our table was no longer available so we had to move all of our stuff to another table and still never received all four pizzas that we have paid for. Not only did we never receive all four pizzas we had to purchase the ones that we never Received. With putting the minimum amount on a play card you can only play one game each game is stupid expensive. The prizes are also stupid expensive just a singular small piece of candy is 25 you have to play at least 2 to 3 games to get 25 credits. Also, we had refillable drinks and they were never refilled. read more
