On arrival I found the Hospital immaculate I must say. I noticed on the wards that their are loads of elderly people here, my friends daughter was the only one in her twenties their. My friends said the hospital rehabilitation gym was really good, I had not seen it but from her recovery I could tell. She had said the food was good and the staff kind and good at their job. Their was no TV in the room, but they had a little library of books and some videos, near the reception area that you could borrow it was two books for £1:80. They are strict on their visiting times due to security reasons. So everyday from 1:30pm to 5:00pm and 6pm to 7:30pm. If you are a car driver, their is free parking. If your coming from South Ealing Station its about a 20mins walk. So yeah it was great to see my friends daughter back on the mend and although I was not a patient and never want to be but I could see that the staff had done a great job.

There are many issues but it is clear that while senior management seem to well provided for there is not enough basic equipment such as hoists to care for patients.

Dad had district nurses coming out daily to set up his feed up, he'd had a bad stroke a few years ago which affected his swallowing so he had to be peg fed. So many doctors and nurses had seen my dad but they didn't refer him to an oncologists until it was too late, he passed away 1st October 20016! There's a lot more to this, but obviously too long to put in review.

I do not know where I would be without the support of everyone here, I know that once I have finished at the clinic, the support is still there with the excercises that are provided for me and being able to pick up the phone to contact them should I ever need to go back. I couldn't recommend this place anymore highly!!!!!

All of the doctors are approachable and can help you through a range of problems. The inside atmosphere of the practice is clean, hygienic and colourful just as a doctors surgery should be. Everything about the surgery is good in almost every way, the doctors, receptionists and the nurses are all inviting and are kind in everything they say and do. I would highly recommend this surgery as a permanent one because it is the best.

I have a lazy eye, the second operafion, they change the doctor, ignoring my request of having the same surgeon. Becuase it was my lazy eye, and it seems as if the put somebody on training, she was clumsy, using my face as a support from her hands, I had pain since the anestetic was gone, the next day. TODAY. I took the patch off, and it was all read, swallow, pain. I called the hospital, they said, "it is normal", and it is not! She was tough, an Unexlerience surgeon, she harm me, they told me, it is normal. "Is not", I know my body reaction to operations. And I never had this in the first operation. The first was very good. No pain, not read eye. Of course, they use better doctors for the good eye. And for the lazy eye, it seems the train people in this kind of operations, they used unexperience surgeons, they do not care!. The visiion of the new operated eye, is the same or worst than before. They did not put a good prescription lens either, What is the use of the second operation then? To make money out of my eye?. Why they did not listen, When I ask for the same surgeon?. They do not listen to patiens anymore, and not all the doctors are good there!. I saw the surgeon just in the theatre, she did not came to see me before, I have to ask to see her in the theatre, before she operate. Otherwise, I would not see her at all. A mess! Very bad for a famous hospital!

Its a shop…read morethat sells all sorts from New, Vintage, Retro, Antiques as well as the general charity shop items of Clothes, Shoes, Bags, CDs, DVDs, Books and other items, and all at reasonable prices, So go and have a visit and look high, low and under things you never know what you might find. Also attached to the shop/centre they do counselling, which after talking the the great ladies there have told me that the charity shop helps fund low costing counselling sessions for people on low income. So everyone go and check it out......
