Air condition is fine, but taking the card from the slot that allows power in the room leaves the room fairly warm while you are gone. This is normal in energy saving hotels. The restaurant provides a good selection, and all of it was done fairly well. I noticed a clean kitchen - as well as attention to the breakfast room. Eggs made to order supplant the usual European sweets for breakfast. The staff is helpful, generally. I was in the lobby in the evening after a hot day, and saw during cocktail hour a table set up for hospitality. No sign. I approached for a simple glass of water, not bottled, just a glass. I was turned away. The host of the group (Architects) quickly solved the faux pas. Parking is safe, though the many guests jockey for spaces early. I recommend the facility for business travel. I did not have a chance to see if they have a business center, but they do have a spa which is nice. Overall, good place, attentive staff, and close enough to beaches and lovely (romantic) mountain rides west.

The staff is really friendly, I had a couple packages shipped to the hotel, they signed off for me and delivered the packages to my room. We stayed here to be close to the racetrack, it's only a 5 minute drive in the mornings. Breakfast is served comp. at the top of the hotel. Eggs and bacon are regular. Lots of seating, it was really convenient to eat there every morning. Prices are a little high for the quality, but it's the best you can get in Imola.

Not to mention a resort stay with beautifully appointed rooms and one of the best breakfasts offered by a hotel during my stay in Italy. The Dinners were scrumptious and perfectly prepared and no one passed up on dessert. A true indulgence in every sense. Also it's very close to the Circuit de Mugello which was the reason we initially booked here. What a great place to relax after a day at the track!
