It is for this reason that the Radisson Blu concept hotel is so remarkable. As soon as you pull up in front of the hotel you can feel it oozing quality. The reception service was crisp, friendly and multilingual. The room was immaculate and overlooking a beautiful multi-coloured courtyard. The gym, although sparse in terms of equipment, was very comfortable and the spa, steam room and sauna was awesome. The downsides are that the video services, minibar and food (room service) is quite expensively priced - however the quality of the food was good and there was a wide choice of foods on the menu.

Despite informing the hotel about the critical situation and pleading for a refund, my numerous emails and attempts to contact them were outright ignored. This lack of empathy and refusal to address their own mistake is not only unprofessional but blatantly unethical. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this establishment. Their unreasonable and uncaring approach towards a customer in a dire situation is appalling. I am going out of my way to share this unethical practice to ensure others do not fall victim to such poor service and heartlessness.
