The gluten free crusts were from a package (average) but the toppings were delicious and the chef did come out to apologize they didn't have something hand-made and did advise that with 24 hrs notice, they could do a hand-made gluten free crust. We then inquired about gluten free lasagna and he offered to have us come back the next night and he would prepared a gluten free meal just for us. So, the next night we went back after requesting the gluten-free lasagna and sure enough, they had prepared a "family style" meal with a full gluten-free lasagna, salad, garlic toast, and then ice cream and strawberries for the kids for dessert.
