Really solid old school B&B style hotel. This place comes complete with a statue in the front yard, a tiny elevator straight out of The Grand Budapest Hotel, old fashioned door keys, and funky rules for checking in and out. You really couldn't ask for anything more, it would ruin the charm of the place.
It's not in the city center, but only an easy half hours walk from the hustle and bustle. There is a bus line just down the street that will take you everywhere you need to go, and they sell bus passes at the front desk.
The rooms were small, clean, and old school. Everything was in good shape and worked, so the stay was really quite comfortable. The rooms on the 3rd floor also had a decent view over the city!
Breakfast was alright, but they have so few rooms that it's okay that it was more simple. read more
