I had the privilege to live here for a little over a year while I completed rotations at various…read morehospitals in the area. From my first visit to the final day, I absolutely loved this complex. I rented a "studio" or Jr One Bedroom as it may be listed online. Living alone, this was all I needed to feel comfortable and still have some space to spare. The studio style is very open with the living room and kitchen combined and an open-top wall separating the bedroom. The huge walk in closet was perfect for storage of clothes and other oddities. All of the appliances were state of the art and honestly a joy to use. My apartment was ground level facing the baseball field. I'm sure all other apartments boast beautiful views as well. My only caution about renting one facing the Dash ball field would be noise. While games can get noisy over the loudspeaker, even out of season there are many events across the street that play music nearly daily and into the night. At the same time, you can't beat the gorgeous view of fireworks out the massive living room window after a Friday night game. The rest of the complex is just as high-quality. The pool, exercise room, business center, and common areas are vibrant and welcoming. I would tend to watch big sporting events on the large HD tv in the common area. The poolside grills are also a very nice amenity and a treat for guests go experience. The office management at Link completed my enjoyable experience. Mike was a tremendous help in getting everything squared away when I moved in, as well as available to answer any questions throughout my stay. Lisa also was very helpful. I did have one instance of a leaking closet roof. Maintenance was contacted who quickly came and fixed the problem. While the leak was fixed, maintenance took a decent amount of time to install a new ceiling piece. I kept this as a 5 star review vs 4 solely because Lisa was adamant about getting this fixed. I had mentioned that maintenance had been great at solving the leak, but part of my closet was unusable until a new ceiling was replaced. Lisa was great in contacting maintenance to completely finish the project and very kind throughout the process. I looked at a handful of places when I moved to WS. There are a lot that have more affordable pricing, but the quality of Link definitely exceeds the rental price. I would recommend at least touring Link apartments before making a final decision in your move.

Ive lived here for over a decade, like many of my neighbors. The pool has been redone and it's beautiful and has a grill. it's a wonderful place to chill in the summer. Marissa and Anna are both kind and professional. they often host community events for the residents and sometimes there is a coffee truck. Great place for people who want a lovely Quiet place to live.

Last year, they started with the destruction of the landscape. They said the trees were a hazard to the buildings, and grass wouldn't grow with all the shade. They totally removed the tall cedar trees lining the back of the complex between the next property. Guess what? The next lot is a junk yard full of old bull dozers and tractors. So now when I look out my balcony, instead of beauty, I see JUNK! A year later, they are still trimming trees, removed all the shrubbery. If I could afford to move, I would be gone. The buildings are old, built in the 80's. The ladies in the office are nice, but are not able to control the owners, Synco Properties. The rent is way to high for the lack of amenities. One small pool. Small laundry. That's it. Good luck if you want to live here.

We have access to so many things here that you don't at other local complexes. The fact that it is a walkable distance to WFU campus is amazing! The only downsides are the fact that you cannot turn left into the entrance when heading south on Silas Creek Parkway, which leads to many U turns on trips. Additionally, I wish they would change the air filters more frequently, but in the grand scheme of things these are such minor problems. Maintenance here is amazing as well. It's a great place to live as a family or a graduate student.

They are currently updating their office and laundry room so I know In a few weeks it's going to look real nice. We have had to call twice for miscellaneous issues we noticed the day after we moved in and they handled the issue with in 24 hours which is great. The apartment smelled very clean and new when we got here. It's got a lot of character. I haven't tried the pool yet but I'm sure it's fine. We are from miami where the apartments are over priced and very small. This places has it all I wouldn't mind staying for a couple years

We would 100% renew our lease if we weren't moving. We lived on the 3rd floor and never minded hauling things up the stairs because the staircase is enclosed. I lived by myself the first 2 years and before moving in searched around and with the included amenities I couldn't find a better deal ... much less feel safe living here. You do have to pay extra for parking but they offer various options. Pets are welcomed as well. The staff and leasing department are so nice as well and worked with me to upgrade to a bigger place. They also have various events- my all time favorite was when they had a wine tasting. They also had a murder mystery and a casino night before. Each summer there is an annual pool party with food and beverages! This is turning into a long post but I don't even need to mention the walking distances to restaurants and breweries! I'm likely not moving out until I buy a house!
