We had a tree fall onto our building during the recent wind storm that hit Kaua'i and were in need of a professional company that could deal with this tree. It was not an easy job because there was a slope getting to the building and a sharp drop off behind the building making traditional bucket trucks and excavation methods not even an option. Villa came to our rescue! They were extremely professional and knowledgeable in tree care and emergency tree situations. The owner, Fred, was so responsive, considerate, very well versed in his field and truly has the spirit of aloha within him and his business. They gave us some options for how to safely remove the tree without causing more damage to the building. They secured the tree and as a precaution protected the building from anything that might happen during removal. They were punctual and professional to the end. They even had awesome ideas for helping with erosion control on the drop off using the tree itself after it was removed. Not only did the go above and beyond in every aspect of the job, but they also were kind enough to work with us and fit us into their busy schedule to move up our emergency so we can now move on with getting things fixed from the storm as a result of the tree falling onto the roof and side of the building. I could not be more grateful and happy with the results. They had to take the tree down piece by piece, hanging from another tree nearby to get the job done. Thanks to their expertise, they were able to take care of this huge problem without even causing a scratch to our building and landscaping. I am so grateful for what they did. Villa is worth every penny and I would recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal and solutions for tree maintenance on the island. I will definitely be looking to Villa for all of our tree needs and even landscaping suggestions in the future based on this outstanding experience.
