We recently had 13 very tall palm trees cut down on our property. They were all too close to the main house, constantly dropping fronds, inflorescence and seeds and, after 20 years living with them, we finally decided to have them removed. This was not an easy project as we had remodeled the house back in 2008 and had built a lanai and roofing around some of the trees with one of them actually coming up through the lanai!
