Half of the time each visit is a roll of the die in terms of customer service, inventory and ability to get in and out without encountering a miserably long line. One thing I can say with confidence after two recent visits here is the woman (who I assumed was the manager) had things moving. When a cashier left a register and the line began to grow, she ensured there was back-up right away. There were no bottlenecks. The store was also well-stocked by pandemic standards and people were helpful with finding items in the store. I would definitely go back to this particular Kohl's.

As I'm looking through the website, I saw that they had an option to order ahead then pick up at the store. After ordering I recieved an email in about two hours that my shoes were ready to pick up. Once arriving at the store, I noticed how neat it was as well as the selection of clothes and many different varieties of nike sneakers. LJ was the best!! She was friendly, super attentive and did not do the most, meaning all up in your face and not giving you space! I was able to try my shoes on and they fit perfectly.
