Luckily, I was able to be flexible and work with her new schedule. It wasn't convenient, but I was desperate. I paid 3 people each what equates to $40/hr for a "deep clean." It needed some extra attention, but was not in bad shape. It felt pretty expensive, but they did a good job. Skip to December 2022, when I contact Kelly to hire her crew again. I request any time before Christmas and am told "maybe the 15th." I said I need to know for sure. She said, okay.. 15th and I'll tell you the time two days before. I said no, that doesn't work as I have other things to schedule and need a smaller window. She said she'd probably be able to be here sometime between noon and four. I asked if we could narrow the window to 12-2 and she said she hasn't planned that far in advance. (Mind you, today is the 7th and we're talking about service on the 15th.) I said I could wait a couple of days for her to create a schedule, but not a week. And she said we should just cancel. Clearly, Kelly has no interest in working for her clients. She makes you feel like you need to win her approval in order to be lucky enough to overpay her for her poorly-managed services. Kelly Sato Miranda: do better. *Responding: I was willing to forgive your scheduling problems once, that's why I attempted to hire you again. But no, not even the worst box store could get away with a "maybe" delivery date and a "sometime" delivery time. If you want to be the best, treat your clients like you would want to be treated. If you want to be compared to Comcast customer service, well.. then you still need to improve!

I told her in our help chats that $120 was the very top of my budget. Overall the cleaning itself was great. It's the 2 small issues that arose which is why I'm giving 3 stars. Before we even planned for this cleaning I asked what just saying included in a reg cleaning (see screenshot below). I noticed that it says make beds (if fresh linen provided). While she was here she completed the two bedrooms but I noticed that the beds were not made (linens were still siting on top of bed). So at that point I just asked 'making the beds are included right' to which she replied yes. I figured she would come back to it after she finished the downstairs. Then after she finished mopping downstairs she quietly left. I then get a text from her stating that she would honor the quote for today bc that's what I was told but if I want to move forward it would be $150. At that point I told her that I would Zelle her the money right now but I can't do the $150 (as she already knew bc I told her that $120 was at top of my budget) I also stated that she didn't not make the beds as we discussed on yelp and when I asked her while she was still in the home. This was the response I received 'Yes make the bed its include but changing the sheets and all that its different. Im sorry for my lack of communication. I completely understand Nice meeting you' I followed up with a pic our yelp messages showing her what she had originally said. She owned up and said 'Yes thats my fault im sorry for giving the wrong description' If those 2 issues hadn't of happened I would have given her 5 stars bc the cleaning was truly great but those 2 things made me give 3 stars.
