    AVOID THIS STORE NO MATTER WHAT…read more I had been working with Tanner since late December and finally placed an order early January. I had to jump through hoops to get them to price match even though they say the price match. I was even told the pricing I quoted was incorrect even after providing links, screenshots and call reference # to the other store I was trying to price match. Early this week I received a call from Tanner who told me my delivery would be 12 to 2 for today's date. I took off 4 hours vacation to ensure I was home by 12 and to allow for set up if they arrived at 2. When I got home from work shortly before 12, I listened to my phone messages and the delivery team had been here at 10. I called the store immediately and spoke to Don who said they could send the team back out and apologized for the mix-up. I then logged in to check personal emails and seen an email from the store saying they were charging me $75 for a missed delivery so being confused since I was told 12 to 2, I called back and spoke with Tanner who was very argumentative and said he told me 10 - 2. If he had told me 10 -2, I would have taken vacation from work starting at 9:30 rather than 11:30. I explained to him I heard 12 to 2 and he told me I was lying. While my order was $3770, the $75 missed delivery fee was not considerable, but it was the fact that I wasted vacation time and would have to wait again for another delivery because I was told 12-2. He was argumentative and rude saying I was going to pay for the merchandise whether I received it or not. I contacted the finance department who advised me they would not charge me for merchandise I didn't receive. Price match and get your furniture elsewhere.

I was looking for a specific bedroom set for a client and needed it by a certain day. I ordered one online and then was told it would be delayed by over a week. That was not going to work. I googled the set and found that Las Vegas Furniture Online also sold the set. I reached out to them and spoke with Adam, who was beyond fabulous! He was able to accommodate my needs and timeframe and ensured that I was able to pick it up within a day of ordering it. He even sent me all of the box dimensions so I was certain that it would fit in the rental truck. Once the item was in, Tanner called and assured me that they would be there when I needed them so I could pick it up. Tanner was also amazing at following up any time I called with any questions. Which really saved me time. Their delivery crew was going to be on vacation the day I needed to pick it up, which is why I did not have it delivered. However, that was not a problem for me as long as I was able to get it on time. When I arrived to pick it up, Adam and another gentleman loaded everything for me and went above and beyond to explain everything in detail about the assembly. I couldn't have been more happy with their customer service and attention to detail. Once we received the set and began putting it all together, we noticed a small chip in the wood on the front of the dresser. Which is just par for the course when you are getting furniture shipped, sometimes things happen. I contacted them immediately and spoke with Tanner, who was extremely courteous and helpful and made the process seemless to have the dresser swapped out. It took a couple of weeks to get the new dresser in, but Tanner has kept me posted all along the way. Once the new dresser is in, Tanner assured me that they would swap it out at no additional charge and that they would even look at the bed frame for me to ensure we assembled everything correctly. I personally am extremely happy with them and will definitely do business with them again. I have nothing negative to say at all. This is not your typical big name swarm all over furniture store. They work with you to achieve your desired selection and financial goals. Actually gave us a bit of history in where and how the manufacturer purchases their fine leathers for their furniture. Actually, delivered the two sofas 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The delivery service was exceptional in removing all the protective foam and plastic to include setting up the pieces and removing the old sofas.     Please, if you are considering buying from Ideal Furniture.... Think again…read more We bought about 30k of furniture from them. Our 17k sectional came with a lifetime warranty. We have had it less than 3 years. The cushions have flattened, the springs have broke and the frame has bent. We have no young kids or large animals. Called the owners 19 times. Half of those time they never answered. Finally after 6 weeks they sent someone out to look at the furniture. He said of yes, we will fix it, it has a lifetime warranty. 4 months later and still not fixed. I called and called and got the same answer.... It's just taking a bit longer than expected. Finally after 5 months they called. Said the parts are in but, it's a third party company coming out to fix it and that's an additional charge. What! Really, 6 months waiting, 19 phone calls, a lifetime warranty and now we have an additional charge. NO thank you. Owner then sent me a text saying they would "eat" the cost of fixing it because it took 6 months to get the parts. However; she said the manufacturer told her the springs are not bent. So those wouldn't be fixed. We had to buy a seat pad to place on top of the one recliner so we don't sink onto the floor. No one from their company came out to even look at the problem. It's always a third party. Please, please do your research on this company. I'm not the only one with a bad experience. I'd give a zero star if I could
