DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Over $11,000 for quartzite counters and dining table. After installation they put a sealer on and said to just wipe it off the next day. Well I spent several hours removing the sealer and asked my husband to help as there is a haze over all the quartzite. I called Jose various times to polish the finish so it looks as it was when we purchased the stone. We had an appt. but he never showed up and will not answer my calls or texts. My husband has at least 15 hours polishing the finish with many more to come and we don't know if it will look as it did on the show room floor. if you use this scammer make sure he completes the job 100% before final payment. So this place is a joke. They are so uncoordinated. I took a week off work 3 of the days were for no call no shows. First they missed our appointment never called, texted, emailed, or anything so when I talked to Junior he said sorry they will have to come next week. Next week came. They showed up at 3 pm then left for lunch and came back at 7 and were at my house till 9. The. Said be back at 9 am which is fine but no came back at 3 again. You have to hound them to get any answers on a schedule. After the sh!t show week and it was all Installed I noticed they put an old piece that's been sun baked so it didn't match the other pieces and one that has a big ugly scratch down the whole middle. I brought it to their attention and he said he would send guy tomorrow, then Friday, then next Friday, and never showed again. I've tried getting ahold of him and he won't respond. I've been nice about this fiasco the whole time and to be treated like that makes me soo mad. Junior if you see this your a lying thief and you should work a job where you don't interact with customers. Went to a few stone shops around town including Bedrosians. I called Las Vegas Granite and Jose the owner came out to to my home the same day I called. He provided a quote and was honest. I asked him questions regarding my plan and he responded with great answers. After meeting with Jose I had one more Granite installer coming to my home. I decided to go check out Jose's shop. I saw a countertop I liked and he provided a quote. I locked the deal with Las Vegas Granite. I first had to install my countertops which were ordered. I kept Jose updated via text of when my cabinets were ready to be installed and when they were completed. Jose can back out to remeasure and we reconnected on a date for the install. 7/23, my beautiful quartz countertops were installed and it's amazing. The crew arrived in the morning and completed in the afternoon. The final result adds the extra flare my kitchen needs. I'll be back to get my moms countertops completed. read more

We had granite countertops installed in our kitchen. This company is terrible at communication. You have to hound JR to get information. They never tell you the plan until they don't show up and you ask what is going on. The first team they sent over to do the installation was inexperienced, sloppy, and in a hurry. They screwed up everything. My backsplashes, countertop, and undermount sink were all cut crooked. We agreed to one seam and instead of telling us the fabricator cut the granite too short, they tried to piece together another seam. They left a 2"x1" section of caulking where granite should have been. Cristian and his team did not see a problem with their poor installation. JR and Jose did try to make it right, by offering a discount and redoing part of the countertop and backsplashes. But this meant we were without a large chunk of our countertop for almost a month while they had a new piece fabricated. The second team that came out was experienced and did a great job on installation. Oscar and his team made angle cuts and did not just fill poor cuts with caulking. This company was lower than the other quotes we got, but I would never use their services again. read more

Although the work was completed the agreed upon schedule was not followed. (Not terribly delayed) The finish work had to be adjusted... In all if you want to save a few $$$ on a granite & the install I would recommend them. If you want a more streamline process and to spend a few extra $$$ call someone else. read more

Carlos (owner) runs a non professional business along with poor managing skills. I picked out granite for a bathroom vanity top and had my name written on it as owner instructed along with my contact info in the computer and still sold the granite to a different customer. Never contacted me before selling the granite while my contact info pops up in the computer as he was selling the granite to a different customer. I Call Carlos that I'm on my way over with the bathroom sink to be cut out he proceeds to tell me I sold it don't come by the shop I'm not there all day and nobody else is here as I hear the loud cutting machines in the background that I could barely hear him talking on the phone, what kind of business tactic is this chasing customers away, what a joke. You definitely lost a customer. Las vegas is not lacking in anyway on Granite shops happily taking my business elsewhere with better customer service. read more

My wife and I were looking for a good professional granite company to do several projects we wanted done. Based on some positive reviews on this site, we decided to check out Las Vegas Granite. We took a small table with us to their location and a piece of granite we already had for the job. We thought it would be perfect to start off with the smallest project first to see how they did. We also thought that taking the table to them and dropping it off would save them time and us money. The table top we wanted done was only 16 inches by 24 inches. The manager/estimator came outside to view the table and said the job wouldn't be done for 4 weeks and would cost $800.00 !!! We were absolutely shocked. Come on, $800.00 for a top a foot and a half by two feet that we brought to your location, the granite already being provided and we were picking back up!! TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS! All I could think of was that the manager was judging us on the way we were dressed (wife had on nice dress and jewelry) and the vehicle we were driving(somewhat expensive) and decided to go for a huge payday.We had even explained that there would be several bigger projects to be done in the near future. Carlos set up an appointment for my estimate the day I called, arrived on time, brought samples and provided a written estimate by email the day after he was onsite. The sample choices were good and the pricing was great ! As my kitchen has many angles, Carlos came out to create a template a few days before the installation which helped everything run smoothly when the crew was on site. Carlos and his crew were very easy to work with and though they are busy, I was able to get my job completed just a few weeks later. My kitchen, two bathrooms and a serving area in my dining room, all completed in one day, exactly as described !
