When it was my turn I showed her a picture of what I wanted . She said it wouldn't work with my hair then went on to spray water in my eyes 3 times before I finally spoke up. She said it was my fault for having hairspray in my hair ( I don't use hairspray) I was sitting there in shock at the poor customer service. The cut lasted 5 minutes- she did a horrible job. When I got up to leave she said I had way too much hair. If you go there do not go to the blond middle-aged stylist on the left . I felt sorry for the stylish next to her - she looked mortified at this woman's behavior.
