Stylists were quite hesitant to cut hair for 12,6, and 4 year old. Was told when making appointment, after discussing the cuts desired- we would be charged 2 kids and 1 teen cut. After cutting hair, they decided to upcharge to "adult" hair cuts charging $35 and $55 MORE than agreed to by Randi on the appointment call. Cuts were great, but sadly, very disappointed with the deceptive practices followed. I paid before realizing these "up charges" occurred- and was told they decided they were adult cuts and it was what they chose to charge. read more

Went for the first time and had a very positive experience and felt a lot of confidence in going back. A stylist trimmed by hair and it was a wonderful experience. She worked with my healthy hair and only removed the ends to clean up my look. Im talking a few centimeters to 1/2 inch removal and snipped my cuticles throughout to strengthen my long layers. I cannot tell you how wonderful it felt to have someone really listen to you and also just trim your hair. This was in September. I called in and said I wanted a trim this week. I got to the salon and the owner, Vicki, took me. She asked what we were doing and I said just a trim to keep my ends healthy. As I sat in the chair I started to feel a bit uneasy as I saw the length of hair falling to the ground. Im looking at 1.5-2 inches falling and thinking "what the hell, is she doing?" She then asked about my layers. I had two very long layers. I breifly mentioned that I tried them in the spring and wasnt a fan. She said since it had been since the spring I should clean them up. I said ok, and again began another series of snips and lenght falling. She not only gave me multiple layers, removed way more length, she snippped the ends with thinning shears :(. By the end she blew it all out and we were done. The blowout made everything appear seemless and "not so bad" I did not see the back at all. I paid and left. I got home and my husband asked what I had done to my hair. I knew it was quite a bit shorter, but the back was a nightmare. The next day I blew it out and was shocked. My hair did not look like the beautiful tresses I had earlier in the week. Due to the mashup in layers coupled with the thinning shears which left my hair ends looking like I had not had a haircut in a year. I cried. I tried to style it as usual and again cried. I have curly hair so you can imagine what the presence of short layers had done to me. I rewashed and blew it out. I went to another salon to apply a gloss and they were shocked by the level of my hair and were shocked by the difference in my hair. I go to the same location to apply a gloss every four weeks. I had been in earlier in the week to do my brows. Both my brow girl and the stylist were shocked. Do not go to Vicki unless you are really interested in shaking up your look. I started getting my hair done here about a year ago and ago I love them! They really do a great job! I never feel rushed, never feel like they over charge, ect. I am super happy!!! Thank goodness I made the switch! read more

Love their new addition to the salon. Vicki has been doing my hair off an on for about 7 years and it is always noticeable when she has done my hair. Edgy, smart, exciting. If you need to make a drastic change she has no fear in making that change for you. Great color work. They really understand client needs. Only down side is it is getting a bit pricey, but hey with everything, you get what you pay for - and here you get your money's worth. read more

Absolutely amazing!! I got married on 1/6/18 and Cris was absolutely incredible! She is so patient, helpful and kind. She did both my hair and makeup for my bridal shower and wedding and both were flawless work and stayed the whole night (and I have a whole lot of hair to stay!). I had so many questions and changes along the way and she was so helpful and amazing in working with me and my bridal party. She truly made the whole process easy, exciting and fun! Vicki did my hair on my wedding day and it looked absolutely gorgeous! She even ran out (while I was getting my make up done) to pick up flowers for my hair when the florist didn't show up. Amanda did an incredible job with my make up and my girls loved their up dos too. They went above and beyond and made everything hassle free and fun. I HIGHLY recommend them!!! read more

If you want a salon that values your time & money - find a more professional salon. Initially, I kept going back because I liked the first few hair cuts. Then I started getting rushed out the door - she stopped showing me the back of my hair using a mirror and was whipping the apron off before she even asked if I liked it. One of the hair cuts I had to go back and get fixed because it was so off the mark from what I had asked for (and she hadn't check with me at the end to see if I liked it). I also noticed I was getting sandwiched in between hair color jobs - which is fine if the stylist is capable of multi-taking. This was the reason I was getting pushed out the door and the reason why I was having to wait 15 minutes or more for my cut. If the hair cuts were cheaper - I might have been able to deal with the poor customer service - but it doesn't seem right to pay the same as a high-end salon but get treated poorly. When I stopped going the hair cuts were $55. read more
