Customer service was excellent! The woman that assisted was friendly as well as the other staff members. Lots of goods to choose from. Kinda on the pricey side, but their products are better quality imo. Beware, they are not a true medical dispensary. Even though online it has the option to shop from medical. A slight discount is only given but you are not saving on the taxes. read more

So i only stopped in here to pick up my friend who caught an uber here. Since I was here I was going to purchase infused prerolls and gummies. When I walked in I was greeted. I was given an iPad to browse my items. A minute into browsing another customer comes in and a guy comes from the back, takes my iPad and gives it to his customer that just walked in to check him out I assume he placed his order online. They usher me over to a different iPad. After browsing that 1, the lady then says I can have the other 1 back. I notice you can't put things in the cart or save what you like/reviewed. So I asked the lady why can't I select items? She's like, oh, you can't do that we have 2 do it for you. WTF!!! How stupid and time consuming and not like other dispensaries. So I was like, just give me my id, she gives me a snide a** comment of oh thats too much for you. HECK YES! I'm in a hurry and yall have too much going on for me. Let me go back to the suburbs where things are smoothe and easy! YEAH ITS A HUGE NO FOR ME DOG! read more

I like Viola chi for the service and deals they offer but there are better discounts I've found at other dispensaries like starbuds and ivy hall. Somehow I always spend above $50 here but for the same products I can get it for $20-40. I've been going here since I first moved and haven't tracked up enough points still somehow but at the two dispensaries I listed above I get something free every other visit. Still would go here if I needed to read more

I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience at Viola. I was so excited for a black owned dispensary to join the neighborhood. The customer service I received while picking up my purchase was by far the worst I've ever received. They were so rude and I will never go back to this establishment. I wish I could give zero stars. read more

I love this dispensary. Have been three times now and never disappointed. Beautiful shop layout with nice music and visuals for ambience. The staff is fast, nice and knowledgeable. Prices are competitive and they have a large selection. They also have a cool giveaway wheel spin which is a fun way to try something new. read more

They will stop to answer questions or guide you if you are not sure of what to buy. They may not be readily viewable when you go to check out, but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for someone to pop up at the register. The parking lot can be busy and it isn't huge, but there is street parking around.
