Almost no parking in the area. Big signs on the door, not to greet the staff with gender specific terms? Staff apparently could not read and gave me what I did not order for that then penalize me and had me wait all over again and had to talk management even though I told him I never left the store???? Didn't even get a simple credit for a time wasted in there. The point system is terrible so many other places give better points. And only a 10% discount for veterans. Other places give you 20% discount for veterans Apparently they don't care about people who served. Would not go back to this place again I'd rather go to a street vendor at the corner. read more

A pretty good cannabis dispensary. Dispensary 33 is located in the West Loop. It carries plenty of buds along with edibles and that kind of stuff. Fairly okay prices. They aren't the cheapest but the products are high quality. I like getting a few edibles. It has a pretty decent amount to choose from. The prices aren't the best around but they're still cheaper than many others. A pack of gummies is about $30 for a good amount. They even have gummies that are vegan. A lot of cool flavors. The Vegas is citrusy and lemony. Cash only like all dispensaries. It has pretty knowledgeable staff and they're helpful. The best so far in gummies selection. read more

Took a car share to the location but there was plenty of parking out front. Set everything up online so that when I walked in, I just had to show ID (ATM is inside) and get a ticket with my pre order on it. They buzz you through a door where you go to the register, hand them the receipt and pay for your order. I believe they offer a 10% discount for 1st pre-orders. I'm from out of state and just wanted to see what it was like. These prices are crazy expensive for the smallest amount and I can't really say it was worth it. This place is CASH ONLY FYI! There is an ATM machine inside, but who wants to pay those fees? Upon entering there is a sort of reception desk where they check your ID before letting you into the actual shop with the products. I must say, if I didn't know where I was going or the word "DISPENSARY" wasn't plastered on the front of the place, I would've thought this was an art gallery and/or event space. There is a wide variety of flowers, edibles and vapes. You will be spending a pretty penny on whatever you get. I've had the cartridge and pen I got from here since March and only had to charge it a few times. Sadly the atomizer died and I have to replace it now. But it was fun while it lasted! read more

My order was wrong. Instead of 2 14g packages I was given 2 7 g packages. This dispensary does not verify the order at checkout as others do. They discourage you from opening the bag. I had to return after going home and discovering their mistake. I understand that mistakes happen. But no one ever apologized for the inconvenience. Very smug and disinterested. This was my second time coming here and before this trip I definitely would have gave this plave 5 stars. I was super excited to find the "Me Time" disposable vape pen sold here and and not being super high like I was first time purchasing this vape, I started picking around at the pen and pulled back a label that revealed that it was actually a "Friyay" pen and I was admittedly dissatisfied. Is it just me, or are the managers at this store just noticeably horrible and racist toward the staff? I've seen managers scold POC staff for being "lazy" and sitting down, and watched a white manager step in and take a customer from a POC budtender. No explanation. Just pushed them out of the way. I was a fan and a customer for a long time, but I can't support this business or their management practices any more. The vibe in this place is just gross and miserable, and I feel bad for their employees. I hope it's not as bad as it looks, but I don't know. Extremely rude staff. Or as she said she is the manager. I walked in and proceeded to use the touch screen to find what I wanted to buy. She was wiping the counter nearby, and then proceeded to rudely tell me I can go to the other room because she isn't going to be cleaning with me in her way. Extremely rude. I then told her she didn't need to be so rude and that now I'm not going to purchase here because of her attitude. I then walked to the other room where the registers are to leave. On my way out I told the staff behind the counter I'm leaving and they should really hire staff that isn't so rude. The girl then comes around the corner to say "actually I'm the manager". Anyone with some common respect much a less management quality attitude towards paying customers would have waited 20 seconds for the customer or even offered help instead of pushing customers away. Note to "manager". Too bad for the establishment that YOU are the manager as you are rude and running away customers. Apparently your cleaning of the counter is more important than the establishments customers. Sad truth is that it doesn't effect you, it affects the business read more

I would give a five star review but I find it frustrating that they don't have the percentages of sativa/indica/cbd listed for the hybrid options. The staff is always willing to help though. I just went to dispensary 33. I asked for product I had purchased 2 weeks ago. The funnies pink grapefruit. I also mentioned to clerk that last time my gummies were melted in the packages, 2 of them. And advised that while good, I wanted to Ensure the gunnies were not again melted inside to a mush pulp. Clerck said well maybe the supplier sent them that way. They shouldn't be melted together again. I asked for them to check content. She said no, open it outside if there is a problem, come back in and we can address it. So i open the package outside and alas, melted mush again. I went into the store and showed them. Clerck said moh I can get you another similar product and give you 10% off and since you had this issue before I can give you another $10 off. I selected another product. She them proceeds to ask me for more $ to pay for the "replacement ". I was confused. I then asked. Wait you are selling me another product for more $. She them said yes. Manager said we cannot take or exchange the damaged opened package. I asked for manager. Lady by name of Tina came out. She again said they would not refund or exchange their product that I just purchased. Pushing for new sale. I showed her the mushy content. She said. Oh well. You can still cut that on your own and consume it. No way that a manager at a business place would not take responsibility at all. I was baffled, she shrugged off the bad product, and could not care less. So I am expected to "cut mushy product that comes in specific doses to what? I asked to speak to upper manager or district manager. All she game me was an email, no phone, no name. Im sorry, this person has no manager or problem solving skills nor empathy. I will never ever shop here again. No customer service skills, people or tact to handle a situation. I called the main number. There is no one that you can speak to live, all is done via email. I feel I have been robbed. Took my money, however they are unable to resolve a simple exchange. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. 0 stars if I could read more
