Forget the other reviews you've read from silly disgruntled customers this place is the BOMB! I was skeptical at first due to old reviews, but upon arrival I was greeted by Daniel and Nathan? I think that was the other guys name??? Either way when I walked in I was greeted and offered to sample the HUGE amount of premium and other juices alike while my build was being done. Having nothing better to do I took them up on the offer and was treated like family, exchanging stories, jokes, and other fun things. I met the owner Tim, whom might I add had no idea I was a reviewer when he came in he greeted me with a new product a single battery box mod made of ABS and let me fondle it right as as it came in!!!! he shook my hand, introduced himself, and ran me through the new product (I'll be posting pictures later). Daniel and I hit it off, he's an excellent employee as well as somebody you just can't help but be friends with. right before I decided it was time to leave I finally told them I was a yelp reviewer (I write for a newspaper as well) and I told them they would be getting a glowing review, seems I've found my new vape home. So if you're looking to go to "The Cheers Of the Vape World" look no further, local competition just can't stand up to the customer service here, as well as the general vibe the store gives off, you just can't help but be happy when you walk in. I should have posted this a long time ago but never did, I love this place. The inside is nice and relaxing and a great place to hang out and chat but the service is what sets it off. Be prepared to have a different sort of experience here... the juices aren't all pre-made flavors mixed up to sample. Every bottle is made fresh in front of you and you have the ability to completely customize your flavors. If you don't like the result bring it back in and they'll tweak it for you. It's perfect for new vapers because the staff takes the time to walk you through everything and doesn't try to sell you a million things or offer crap product at all. There are a few simple choices that are great products (no stardusts here). However, for the veteran they have kanthal, RBAs and RDAs. A great selection of mech mods and VV VW mods, among lots of other various accessories you might need. The crew have a knack for identifying your needs when you walk in the door and making sure you leave satisfied, and with more knowledge than when you came in. This is how a vape shop should work, the staff knows every product they sell inside and out and aren't afraid to share that knowledge over and over again all day. read more

Village E-cigs is one of the best stores I have had the pleasure of purchasing supplies from. Everything from their juice, products, service and atmosphere is great. Their juice is wonderfully full of variety and having an entire shelf of just basic flavors that you can blend in to any combination is pretty neat. Now they don't have every single mod ever made but they do have things they know about and trust enough to sell to their customers. They are limiting themselves for your benefit, I think that says a lot about how they want to seem to their customers. Everyone their is a wonderful employee and great help to everyone, regardless of if you're rocking an eGo or a Kayfun. If you purchase a bottle of juice here and you hate it, you are more than welcome to bring it back and they will exchange it for one that you like and hey will work with you until it's just what your taste buds wanted. I haven't seen a shop that will do that yet. With it being set up like a lounge it's calm and fun inside than straight business. These guys are more than just a shop, and I think I can speak for a few of their regulars like myself, this is not just an E-cig shop, this is my E-cig store. read more

Updated: 9/28/16 Finally getting around to updating this review. My previous review is 3+ years old, I still live around the corner from Village, I still pop in from time to time. I don't spend as much leisure time there as I used to, and I rarely actually shop for new mods anymore so I can't really comment on their selection. What I do know, is that Daniel will never steer you astray, if you're unhappy he'll fix whatever he needs to fix, and they have some pretty tasty Juice. It's still got an interesting vibe and there are always people kind of just hanging out, which can at times feel a little clique-y, but if you go in with an open mind, you'll likely be pleasantly surprised. There's a bit of a feud between Village and Mod Squad, but I frequent both anyway. And what I can say, is that despite reading these other reviews and seeing people rate village one star and mention mod squad.... both shops have been pretty respectful and tasteful in the way they speak about their competitor, to me at least. read more

Finally found a solid ecig shop where the employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and don't over-charge for their products. Their in house juice is quality and original, priced reasonably, and leagues above any juice I've tried from other small personal shops. The employees go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and answering questions for their customers. They are patient, professional, and offer advice that truly is what is best for the customer rather than slanted for the better for the business. They are knowledgeable from everything to basic pen ecigs to the priciest drippers and mods. No matter what level you are in the ecig game, Village is the best place to come for advice, information, and products and juice. The prices really are unbeatable, which at first kept me coming back. Now I come back because this shop is the best in the area for all things ecig. I highly recommend checking this spot out, you will not be disappointed. read more

So, I'd like to break this down in to three parts.. 1. The store. - It has this very charming old smoke shop feel to it. There are couches and chairs, so it functions as a lounge, and one of the first things you see inside is a Jolly Roger flag. I really like this aspect of it. 2. The service. - After being in a few times, the guys know me by name, and they're really fun to talk to. What really takes this place to the next level, is even when there are bunches of people hanging out in the shop, more than one person behind the counter makes sure I've been helped. This is important to me, because I've been to a few where the service just sucks. 3. The juice. - It's gotta be some of the best I've had. Seriously, just get a bottle of Dunkin' next time you're in there and thank me later. ;) All in all, I've never felt like I've wasted my time or money after visiting these folks. read more

absolutely great place! went to go purchase my first ecig today, but when I arrived I found out they were closed on Mondays. as I was walking back to my car, a man opened up the door claiming he was just stopping by during his lunch and would be happy to help me. he showed me a few of their models and found me a perfect pink one. since they weren't fully opened and he doesn't mix the juices, he gave me the rest of the Piña Colada flavor he had in his ecig to hold me off until tomorrow when I could return and find a flavor I liked! he went out of his way to help me and I was thoroughly impressed! awesome place and a great vibe to the store! will definitely be returning here for all my ecig needs read more

Wonderful knowledgeable staff. I purchased my first rebuildable, the RSST from a shop in the local mall. This was my first rebuildable, I did not know how to use it. The shop in the mall was no help. They did not know how to build it either. So I went to Village Ecigs and asked if they could help me. Even though I did not purchase the RSST from them they built it for me anyway. And the best thing is they did not charge me, it was free. When they were done with building my RSST I asked them how much do I owe, they said nothing. I was shocked. Great shop! Out of fall the vapor and smoke shops I've been in all over the dfw this one doesn't make you feel like you just stepped into a bad dream or hot topic. Staff is fun, place is inviting. You can just come relax and sit, and enjoy the relaxation. The best part is the guys know vapor and mods. They give personal experience as well working knowledge on the mods. Preston was incresibly helpful. Ive been to many smoke shops, but this place is a whole different genre of store. This my friends, is a smoke bar. All of the employees are very knowledgeable and provide many services that i would be lost without. The mix of juices are endless, the prices are good, and the music selection is always enjoyable. Very friendly atmosphere, Daniel is very knowledgeable on how certain flavors would taste with other flavors. For example, I wanted a strawberry dunkin but was informed that banana would blend and taste better and he's rarely ever wrong in my experience. I've been going here since last summer. Always had a good experience. Went in yesterday to get more supplies. When I told Daniel the peppermint I got the last time I was in I hated he replaced it with the cinnamon flavor that I absolutely love and at not cost to me. I have just moved to the Dallas area from Houston, so far I haven't been able to find a place more friendlier than these guys at E-Cig, they are always there to help even if it's on a product that was not purchased from them.
