We live in Colorado so had to call a florist in Longview to deliver. I wanted a small rose bush, but the florist told me they did not have any. She said they only had a pink petunia plant. She promised me that it was fresh and had a few blooms with a few blooms still coming. What she delivered was a wilted old petunia plant with two withered tiny blooms and old leaves. This to someone who is already grieving! It was so bad, that my mother actually went back into the store. She never returns things because she gets embarrassed really easily. The florist did offer her another plant and my mom said that the florist said she was sorry and seemed to feel bad. If you order, be sure to get a picture of what was actually delivered!

I called again, was hung up on a second time. I even made sure ok two separate occasions that it was the correct phone number.
