    Mothman pizza
    Holly H.

A friend and I stopped in during a Mothman-themed weekend trip and loved it. It was chill - we were there the weekend after the big festival, so we got the sense we were among just a few tourists there and the locals were all coming up for air again. We ordered the Mothman pizza and breadsticks. The breadsticks were more like cheesy bread than we anticipated (never upset about that!), and the pizza was your run-of-the-mill fare. Nothing special, but good! We actually both commented how good the pepperoni was. Better than the stuff we get on our pizzas back home. It was adorable and kitschy in the best possible way, like many of the other attractions we saw that weekend. What really blew us away was the service. Kylee was so attentive, friendly and went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome. She brought the pizza out so we could get pictures of our pepperoni Mothman before they cut into him. And she found a few spare stickers from the festival weekend and made sure we each got one. We were consistently pleased with how friendly the locals were, and she was a standout. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a good experience.

I would highly recommend Village Pizza Inn to anyone looking for dinner near Point Pleasant. Firstly, the pizza is delicious, and the cheese bread is a MUST. The Mothman pizza is also really cool and definitely popular. Our waitress allowed us to take pictures before they cut it in the back. We were a huge group, and we got in the party room. Even though we were probably a lot to handle, our waitress was very gracious. She kept our pitchers of drinks refilled and checked in on us regularly. Definitely coming again!!

Had seen review for Village Pizza. Devin our waitress was awesome and gave some recommendations. We had the pepperoni pizza rolls. Was nice to have something different and they were delicious. We ordered a Hawaiian and a taco pizza. Both were fresh hit and delicious. The atmosphere has a neat hometown vibe. We're a wrestling family and the table we happened to sit at had past wrestlers from the area. Definitely a fun hang out spot for the weekend we hope to be back in the future.

Don't let the outside keep you from checking this place out! This inside vibe is great and unexpected. We ordered cheeseburger pizza, taco pizza, an app sampler, and a salad. The waitress was incredibly friendly (so was all the staff). The prices were very reasonable. 3 of us ate (with an appetizer for around $35). The waitress didn't use a notepad and the order came out timely and perfectly! The macaroni and cheese bites and onion petals were delicious! The mozzarella sticks and mini corn dogs were average. The pizza is absolutely delicious! They have classic or more fun options. Definitely recommend! For those of you visiting for the Mothman- they offer a fun Mothman pizza, too!

Ended up having this while I was in town for a game - due to the home team buying pizza for the broadcast booth. I was aware being down on the field so I didn't get to try it until after the game when the pizza was cold. Very salty to me - but I really liked it. It reminded me of what Little Caesars was in the 90s when our town had one. Like the big foot pizza style. Also had hints of Chuck E. Cheese. Would try this again if I ever almost drive to OH again. We stopped here for dinner on our way home from vacation. We googled pizza nearby and found this place. We liked it. They have lots of choices in their menu. The inside was nice. The staff was friendly. If I was in the area, I would eat here again so I could try something else on their menu. The garlic breadsticks with cheese were good. The pizza was also good.

The Village Inn Pizza moved next door, but is still spectacular!!!! My sister and I each had an 8-inch personal pizza (with a choice of 5 toppings for just $4.99 each). We split a house salad which was very generous and plenty for two. The lunch-special menu was dandy and delicious and with a great price! They even filled our sodas in to-go cups before we left! GREAT service, tasty food at modest prices. We left a generous tip!!!! We have LOVED this place for years, and always visit when we are in Point Pleasant!!!!

    Mothman pizza, absolutely the best!

Come in and get a Mothman pizza! Idk how they make their marinara sauce. But it's the only place I have ever requested, extra container's of their marinara sauce to dip my pizza in. The staff are friendly & even have t shirts for sale & they are beyond comfortable! Great pizza and others. So next time you're in Point Pleasant' WV or traveling through. Make an effort to check this place out & everything else they have to offer. Within this great town.

My wife and I came to Point Pleasant to be a part of a film about Mothman last weekend and wanted to try local diners/pizza places. We ended up trying Village Pizza Inn and we loved the restaurant. The ambiance was awesome, service was great and we really enjoyed the pizza. We ordered the Mothman pizza because we were at Point Pleasant and we had to try it. We really enjoyed the presentation and even though the presentation was on point, it was still a really good pizza. We also enjoyed the kindness and attentiveness from the staff. The next time we're in Point Pleasant, we'll definitely go back to Village Pizza Inn. We'll probably try the non- touristy entrée the next time because their pasta looked really good.

First, thank you for agreeing to debate me. Typically, in fora such as this, I am met with ad-hominem mudslinging, anything from "You racist creep" or "Is that your real voice?" to raucous schoolyard laughter and threats of the dreaded "toilet swirly." However, your willingness to engage with me over the phone on the subject of pizza shows an intellectual fortitude and openness to dangerous ideas which reflects highly on your character. Huzzah, good sir. Huzzah.Second, any pizza I order will be male. None of this "Our pizza identifies as trans-fluid-pan-poly"--no. Pizza is a boy. With a penis. It's that simple. And, trust me, that is not a fate you wish to meet.Now. With regard to my topping preference. I have eaten from your pizzeria in times past, and it must be said: your pepperoni is embarrassingly spicy. Frankly, it boggles the mind. I mean, what kind of drugs are you inhaling over there? Pot?! One bite of that stuff and I had to take a shower. So tread lightly when it comes to spice, my good man. You do not want to see me at my most epic. Like the great white hero of Zack Snyder's classic film "300," I will kick you.Onions, peppers--no, thank you. If I wanted veggies, I'd go to a salad bar. I'm not some sort of vegan, Cory Booker weirdo. And your efforts to Michelle Obama-ize the great American pizza pie are, frankly, hilarious. Though not as funny as the impressively named P'Zone--when I finally figured out that genuinely creative pun, I laughed until I cried and peed. A true Spartan admits defeat, and I must admit that, in this instance, your Hut humor slayed me, Dennis Miller style. And, with that, you have earned my order. Congratulations. Ahem. Without further ado, I would like your smallest child pizza, no sauce, extra cheese. Hello? Aha. A hang-up. Another triggered lib, bested by logic. Damn it. I'm fucking starving.

I failed to mention the fly infestation in the front lobby, no idea what is behind the counter I have been a regular customer of Little Caesars for some time now and have purchased the thin crust exclusively since March 22. In the past, ( which is about once a week) I have been very happy with the quality. Yesterday (08/30/22) I purchase one approximately 5:30 from the Point Pleasant, WV location checking the product (since it was a "Hot and Ready") discovered a section of the crust was cracked and burnt, requested a replacement and was accommodated, but the second pizza was the same. I again complained, the Manager told me she would not replace again stating food cost although she had placed the previous return back in the holding oven for sale. I decided to keep the second pie, it had been a long day and 90% of the product was good but requested the owners phone number. The Manager gained the number by calling her Supervisor, her Supervisor did not request to talk to me which was a surprise. When I got home and inspected the pie I realized the problem, the sauce and cheese was not being spread over the entire crust, a simple problem to correct. There appears to be a training problem at this location !. The Manager should be better trained on how to better handle customer issues 2. Returned product must be discarded due ti public health law. 3. Cooks must be trained on proper preparation of all products. 4. The Supervisor realizing there is an issue at a store should become more proactive by addressing the customer Had this been my first visit it would have been my last.
