Moore's Sand & Septic - His response to my request for his words in writing. Very questionable.

Moore's Sand and Septic, Inc. is a company you can trust. They do exactly what they say they will…read moredo. No shortcuts. No surprises. From start to finish, the experience was smooth. Communication was clear. Scheduling was easy. The team was friendly and professional. Billy and Charles handled the work. They arrived on time. They explained the process clearly. They worked efficiently and with care. You could tell they take pride in doing the job right. This company stands behind their work. That matters. It shows honesty and accountability, which is hard to find. They have earned our loyalty. We highly recommend Moore's Sand and Septic, Inc. to anyone looking for reliable and professional septic services.

I had a great experience with Moore's on their first visit. That has changed after their second…read morevisit. On the second service call, after they fixed the issue, I firmly believed the issue had been caused by their error in relation to the first call. They charged me over $200, so I questioned the reason in that I felt their original installation caused the issue; it had been less than a year, and the piece that fell off wasn't secured properly. BJ refused to accommodate, stating it wasn't his fault although he had placed the pump in the tank. I disagreed and stated that if the part had been secured correctly, it would not have fallen off. I yielded and paid Moore's. Now, today....11/20/2025 I have an issue with the tank once again. It's been a while, but I call Moore's Sand and Septic because I like them. BJ called me back shortly after I made the new appointment to tell me he refuses to come to my house because I upset his driver when I questioned the past service and why it cost me over $200 for them to screw a bolt on that they didn't tighten. It seems I hurt his feelings because, as a consumer and a customer, I questioned why I was being charged. He said, "Your wife was rude to my driver." She was not rude. One would think that, being in a public business, you could respond as an adult. Apparently not. You can use them, but I'd think twice about ever calling them for anything.

He was going to leave the sewage dripping under my house without telling me, it was lucky I was watching. A few days later I ran the garbage disposal and a toilet in a different bathroom overflowed with sewage all over the floor and the bathtub and kitchen sink all filled and clogged with dirty sewage water. I called and asked the owner to send someone out and fix it, at least get it back to where it was before they came out. He said it was a coincidence and didn't have anything to do with what they did. I said it's not a coincidence,I've lived here 16 years and this never happened and suddenly it happens 2 days after you come out? No chance. I ask for the lead tech and he refuses saying the guy who came out will be familiar with the situation. So the same guy comes out and does the same damn thing- drains it not fixing anything, because apparently this time it will magically work. He tells me as he's leaving I can wait a few days and adjust the pipes under once all the sewage under my house drains again because he looked at them and that should work. You know, the thing I actually hired a plumber for. He also tells me they did cause it pushing the clog farther in without fixing it. Few days later, surprise surprise, my bathtub and kitchen sink are filled with feces etc. I call up and complain and ask him to come out and fix it. He sends somebody who does the same fricking thing and tries to charge me $200! I call him up and he says it's a coincidence, despite his own employe saying it was, and that he doesn't do sewage lines and I remind him I just had a clogged toilet that his business made ten times worse. His response? Okay, I won't charge you! But dont call again. And guess what happened a few days later? Yup sewage overflowing and in the tub and kitchen sink. Run far far away from this business. This is not an honorable man and this is not a reputable business.
