Since it seemed unreasonable, I said I was going to check other opinions and asked for the cost to fix the faucet with low pressure water flow, it was a 5 minutes fix. If I would do the toilet/snake, then he wouldn't charge for the water flow, so he would have to charge me for their visit fee of $160. Called the young lady to complain that she never told me about any visit fee, she just apologize and said the fee is actually $140... Wasn't only ripped off by this company, I was also robbed by their employee!
