Small Towns can sometimes manage substandard bully like service when there are few options in town. THey did our inspection and missed a ton of things from major leaks to failing check and actuator valves. However we thought we would give them a second chance and invited them to give a qoute. We got back to them to say it wasn't a go at this time but would keep in mind for future. We had better qoutes. We did go back to them for one install and per their direction called them back a week later when we had the part in hand. They were like oh you didnt contact us last time 6 months ago (we did and it wasnt 6 months ao). THey seemed angry we didnt hire them back then for a regular monthly gig. Thus, they were like we aren't interested in helping someone for 1-2 hr repair. That is bully like and discriminatory behavior. I asked to speak to one of the owners and Rory Stephen Wilett said i am one of the partners and hung up. When we called later to ask to speak to one of hisother partners, once he cooled down, he still immediately hung up. He has no interest in customer service unless you are willing to A. Never give feedback (he was unintereseted in the pool inspection input which could have been useful for their company, we werent coming after them for any repairs or negligence) just giving good honest feedback, and we were giving them a chance on a repair but wanted someone different than they sent on inspeciation. Voicing your thoughts in a positive constructive way is not allowed. His behaviors were childish at best and I hope his other partners read this and consider putting a different face to the company as their partner Rory Willett does them a huge disservice. read more

Village Pool Supply has been servicing my mom's pool for 6 months now. The service guy is courteous, efficient, dependable, and always does good work. We have tried quite a few pool service companies over the years and they never measure up to expectations. On one occasion I stopped by their store to pick up a few things for my spa. Parking was easy...they have a few dedicated spaces in front of their door, and the guy who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable.
