Lots of great choices in the food court. I wish I lived closer to try them out. For sit down dining, they also have Earl's Kitchen, which is a great regional chain, and Cactus Club (haven't tried it yet) right across from it. Plenty of parking. The only downside is how busy traffic to and from the mall and freeway is. Friendly service in every store I visited. You can find everything from good values to high end merchandise.

There is a Laura Secord store in there, which I didn't realize even existed anymore, so that was a nice blast from the past. There's also some comic stores, and other places. It's also a good way to get out of the rain or the cold or whatever the weather happens to be when you are wandering around the city. It's a nice way to break up a day in the city.

As an outlet store, I expected to see more clearance options or better prices than regular stores, but the clearance section had very limited items and most of them were XL sizes. The fitting rooms were clean and staff would sanitize them after each person used them. The lady who directs people to the store to enforce social distancing is very nice and friendly.
