The lady I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Called for pickup and they came out and picked it up almost immediately and did it so quietly I didn't know they had arrived! Got a call within a couple of hours telling me the additional fee ($25 for mattress) and were extremely polite and helpful. If YOU need a dumpster, or any of their other services, call them!
