There's a nice collection of clothing and accessories on display. They even have a children's section and clothing expressing Tennessee pride. In the back of the store there were some toys for sale. It was slightly pricey but the items looked to be of good quality. My daughter bought a Tennessee top and a pair of shoes. She remarked how nice everybody was & she loved the variety. I have a feeling we will be returning!

White, clear, and has a bit of black and that bag RUINED my game day dress, lululemon shorts, etc. what kind of game day bag meant for game days bleeds on everything. Ruining over a total of $500 worth of my clothing. I'm only giving this review because if you're charging that much for boutique items to just end up ruining your clothes. Along with this, I've noticed every time I walk in im being stared down especially if I'm browsing the display at the front and I know shoplifting is a problem anywhere but for the love of god I can't browse without someone breathing down my neck. Nice staff and cute clothes and accessories but the bag ruining clothes I actually bought from here awhile back I would watch before buying certain items from here.

Let me start by saying I love this store and it's been one of my favorite vintage stores in Knox…read more But, after my experience today, I doubt I'll go in again, I mean - there's plenty of other vintage shops so I'll just go elsewhere. I just had to post a review because the experience was so unacceptable really. My boyfriend and I were shopping and as usual had a simple nice conversation upon entering the store with the sales person and then started to look. Then the comments started. The salesman kept making crude comments to my boyfriend and at first we kind of laughed them off. Then he started following us around the store, asking him to go to the "VIP" room with him or bringing him shorts to try on or off for him. Another time he came and asked him to try some vintage underwear on that were hanging in a booth. Finally, I said okay that's enough he's mine and tried to keep intrigue but let him know that this wasn't really our interest. He made some very lewd gestures and said even more inappropriate things and after that we quickly wrapped up our shopping and left. We were uncomfortable and frankly, we just aren't people who it's easy to make uncomfortable like that. It was icky. Not sure what was going on but it was really really bad. I don't know if he's the owner or just an employee but I know we won't be going back.

Unfortunately, my experience at this boutique was very disappointing. I had found the store while…read moresearching online for a local boutique to purchase a blouse for an upcoming family photo. When I arrived, I asked one of the employees if this was KC Boutique, since that name is still displayed on the roadside sign and appears on Google Maps. I was told that KC Boutique had closed some time ago. What surprised me was that after explaining why I was there, no one asked what I was looking for, offered to help me find something, or really made any effort to welcome me into the store. There were three ladies working, and although one did offer to start a fitting room after I found several things on my own, overall I felt largely ignored. What made the experience particularly uncomfortable was watching another customer walk in and immediately be asked if she needed assistance, while I had received very little acknowledgment. I can't speak to anyone's intentions, but I can speak to how the experience made me feel--and I felt unwelcome, judged, and honestly a little belittled. I considered putting down the two items I had decided to purchase and leaving, but I went ahead and waited to check out. Even at the end of the transaction, I was the one who said "thank you" as I left rather than receiving a thank-you from the sales associate. It's unfortunate because the store does have a nice assortment of merchandise, including some cute clothing and baby items, although I found the prices to be on the higher side. I was prepared to shop and potentially purchase more, but good customer service and a welcoming atmosphere are just as important to me as the merchandise. I recently moved back to the Knoxville area after being away for many years, and I enjoy supporting local businesses. I really wanted this to be a boutique I could return to. Unfortunately, based on the way I was treated during this visit, I won't be returning or recommending it to others. A small boutique should make every customer who walks through the door feel welcome, regardless of what the staff assumes about them. A simple greeting, an offer to help, and a "thank you" when someone makes a purchase can make all the difference. I love to support local businesses and to give an honest review so people know if it's a good store to visit and shop at, but I have to say this was a big disappointment! Hopefully, the store manager/owner can make changes in how their staff operates the store.
