The assortment offers lesser-known brands that are just as fashionable -if not better than- those brands this market is used to. I'm talking clothes with texture. I'm talking clothes with a tad bit of risk. I'm talking textiles with color, prints, designs. I'm talking dresses for nightclubs. I'm talking a dash of sultry in a wholesome top. I love that you can wear these pieces to visit your mother in law the same night you go out for drinks. You can also find fun jewelry, perfume, bath stuff, hats, accessories and hellooooo...a big ol' sale rack too. The space itself is so cute. I love the way it smells in here! And the dressing rooms are cute too. The space itself is so trendy you'll want to buy something. I did. And the owner Kate is awesome!! Very fashion forward. She is doing something really really cool - building her family LEGACY. And doing it with some really cute stuff.

But once you walk beyond it turns into a well-lit boudoir-style shop. Not here! It's the complete opposite. There were so many fun tops and dresses. I love the colors and graphics chosen for their product assortment. The ladies were helpful at the dressing room and at the counter. And I think I want wood floors like this in my own home. It makes me want to walk along and shop shop shop its so great. My only complaint is the boring jewelry section. All the bead-y necklaces and bracelets were pretty much the same style. I think it leaves something to be desired on the baubles front.

I would shop at Belk more often if they cleared out some of their merchandise or if they expanded into the empty Sears building (or built a larger store). And please redo the fittings rooms! Ugh.
