Although there are very little staff interactions (how it's supposed to be), everything on the touchscreens are easy to use. It's amazing to see what technology can do today. I'm not sure if the improved technology is more recent, but they have a great routine going! I was in and out within minutes. I did end up talking with a worker and was telling her how amazing this is and how it saves me lots of time. It's so convenient and that's what I love about it. Ziker always goes above and beyond. I only have positive experiences there! I'd highly recommend this location.

Not only did they lose the items, it took me calling the store back three times before someone took me seriously and actually sent out a message to all the stores to look for them. They never found them, and they tried to make it right by asking me the value of the items and sending me a check. This whole thing pissed me off. I would never come back here based on this one incident. This was back in November 2023.
