The best part of my excursion to Burton's laundry, however was the young lady named Dakota. She was clearly a natural at excellent customer service and she really helped above and beyond. I hope this young lady gets recognized for the dedication that she gives to customer service and her job. She was delightful.

My husband and I are from out of town and are staying in town for work. We have majority of our belongings stored in our vehicle because I had just arrived. As our clothes were washing we decided to organize the vehicle a bit so it wasn't in disarray. Mind you the business was about to close in 30 mins when we started organizing our vehicle. It's the end of the day and customers are slowed. I'm guessing by the way he acted that he was the owner. The owner came out and berated us and told us in a very rude tone to take our stuff to the car wash because he didn't want us taking up the space next to us. Then, continued on saying he "hates people like that", that it's disgusting when people are disrespectful (referring to us). Treating us like we're inhuman. We were being as quick as possible and actually did consider our surroundings. He could've been less rude and embarrassing by telling a woman and her granddaughter how much "hate" he has towards people like me and my husband. They look d uncomfortable by the behavior as well. He was fuming. Also, almost got into another tiff with a woman over bringing her laundry in and not drying it fast enough. Very unwelcoming, unprofessional, and I would not recommend if you're not from the area.
