She's always out on the floor working. She takes care of customers needs even if shes in the middle of doing something she doesn't make them wait. Kelsey always has a smile on her face and always ready to help out anyone in need. I was sitting here today doing my laundry when I noticed her taking all the seals off the dryers one by one to clean them so the doors would have a better seal, that put a smile on my face knowing kelsey cares about her customers. Unlike every dry cleaner I've ever been to in the last 20 years, who will place a sticker on the stain to alert the cleaner, she simply stated that's not how it's done here. According to her, if the dry cleaning did not remove the stain then i could have it "wet washed," but without any guarantee that the fabric would not be destroyed. I've quite frankly never been to a place that won't mark the locations of stains so that particular attention could be focused on those areas. To add to it, the worker was not personable and seemed dismissive. Fast forward to when i picked up the suits and NONE and I mean NONE of the stains had been removed. The workers in the afternoon were much nicer than the one in the morning, but neverthless the suits were in a terrible condition. They were pressed nicely, and no wrinkles were present, but they were NOT clean. Add to it that I was charged over $50 for 2 suits and a pair of pants, and I can confidently state that I will not be coming back here. I've been using dry cleaners for 20 years and have never had a problem ​before. It just feels that Ziker's has no pride in it's work. Oh, and to add insult to injury, it takes 2 weeks to have pants hemmed. Go somewhere else. ​

When I asked them what happened to my dress they said " this season pinks bleed ""you should take it back to where you bought it and ask for a refund" ok if you knew that pinks bleed why didn't you tell me that when I dropped off the dress? I asked them for the manager they gave me her name and I called for two months. I finally got a hold of her , dropped off my dress with the belt that I did not have cleaned so she could see how they ruined the color and fabric. She told me go back to Zara and tell them the problem was with them. I have no idea why any business would think I would go back to the manufacturer when they were the ones who ruined the dress!!! Although there are very little staff interactions (how it's supposed to be), everything on the touchscreens are easy to use. It's amazing to see what technology can do today. I'm not sure if the improved technology is more recent, but they have a great routine going! I was in and out within minutes. I did end up talking with a worker and was telling her how amazing this is and how it saves me lots of time. It's so convenient and that's what I love about it. Ziker always goes above and beyond. I only have positive experiences there! I'd highly recommend this location.

Also, there is no handsoap in the bathrooms, just a sign that says it is kept at the front desk. Now, how many people do you think wipe, flush, and walk up there to get it and go back and wash?
