My room was spacious and clean with a view into the courtyard below. The courtyard is an area we're you can lounge, buy Starbucks coffee and some food. It's also near the main lobby. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated having a sofa from which I could watch programs on the large screen TV. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The room service was great. You can order from the hotel restaurant, which has a good variety of food and drinks. The service was efficient and staff were friendly. I also was thankful for the taxi service. As I had a day to spend in the city before flying out, the hotel staff kindly arranged for a hired taxi. The rates were reasonable, the car was clean, and the driver was professional and accommodating. I would return to this hotel again on a layover or if I had a couple days in Mexico City.

I loved the fact that this location is directly next to a mall which makes it easy for finding food and shop especially if you need last-minute outfits. You can also see a pretty good view of the city which is about 30 mins away from this hotel. The dining room and furniture are all up to date and gorgeous there is also an outside eating area that gives you a nice view as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast every single day of our stay. On top of that, having unlimited access to their 24-hour café--complete with hot, iced, and frappe coffees, matcha, chai, tea, and fresh sandwiches--was an amazing luxury. They also keep the hotel well-stocked with free bottles of water and tasty breadsticks, making us feel incredibly well taken care of. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-designed. While it didn't offer an outside view, the closet was spacious enough to easily hold clothing and luggage for two people for a 5-day stay, and the shower water pressure was perfectly fine. The only minor downside to our room placement was that we stayed on the first floor directly above the central courtyard. It got a bit noisy, particularly around 6:00 AM when the staff began setting up the tables for that breakfast service, so light sleepers might want to request a higher floor. In terms of location, the hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring the historic heart of CDMX. You can easily walk to Alameda Park, the Zócalo, and the Templo Mayor. If you plan to spend most of your time dining and museum-hopping in neighborhoods like Polanco, Roma Norte, or near Chapultepec Park, just keep in mind that it takes about 30 minutes by Uber to get over there. Overall, the stellar amenities, cleanliness, and hospitality make this a wonderful base in the historic center!

Awesome staff, an unforgettable experience. The unlimited beer, seltzer, sodas, juices, paninis, salads, sandwiches and breakfast in the morning were all fabulous.
