From the very first trip, Kim has always made us feel welcome and has consistently provided outstanding service. The cigar selection is absolutely incredible. Whether you're looking for a trusted favorite or something new to try, there's always a great variety to choose from. The humidor is well-stocked, and it's clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the quality of the inventory. The gentleman working the shop was pleasant, helpful, kind, and struck up conversation with us, offering wine samples and cigar talk. My other half purchased a bottle of wine that she liked a lot. I visited the walk-in humidor, as the store advertised Pre-Embargo's, which I was pleased to find they had. The humidor was small, but had a solid assortment. Prices were high and, admittedly, I made my purchase anyway because there are no other fine cigar shops on the cape. I'd rather buy from here than a non-humidors liquor store. My cigars have smoked flawlessly, which is great. However, I'd recommend that newbies take caution and know prices and rarities. I made a purchase I can't find elsewhere, which I was comfortable with for the markup. Store is clean, vintage, and inviting.

Let's face it, having a selection of flower and extracts and gummies and some hardware, isn't anything special. Most often for me, that thing that elevates a dispensary is the quality of the staff- the "bud tenders". The main guy at Kannaxis' bank location, in the couple times I've shopped there, has been basically terrible. Unhelpful, a wise @$$ attitude and he makes it seem like a bother to be assisting you. It's seriously like he'd rather be anywhere else besides helping customers. He's THE worst. Maybe he owns all that because otherwise why would any competent owner keep an unfriendly guy like this on staff. Yet.... ??? I know it's not just me, as at least one other review mentions this same guy. Kannavis has three locations in Wildwood so maybe I need to try another store but based solely on experiences in the bank bldg, this dispensary rates pretty low.
