Save your receipt or you get treated like shit when something is wrong. I bought some products in the morning, put them away and discarded the receipt because I didnt think I would need it. Turns out the product they gave me was empty but I didnt realize till 7:30pm. I called, talked the manager and he said 'bring it back with the receipt', I mentioned I didnt have it but would come in anyway because surely they could look it up in the computer since they keep track of points and stuff. Next day comes, I buy a bunch more product and talk to the manager about the empty "Hit Stick". He tells me sorry, no receipt, no replacment. Uh, ok??? Really? He then offers a discount of 5%, and a preroll. I say something like 'thank god you did that because i was hoping you stubbed your toe' trying to be funny/cute and boy he got PISSED and told me that he didnt have to give me anything and I should be ashamed for wishing him ill will for enforcing his store policy. My friend that was with me stuck up for him (must have been a local thing) and I left feeling like an asshole for making a joke. In short, its the second time I've had something not right (first time was delivery and they left out the raw tips i paid for),second time was this BS hit stick and if it wasnt for the fact that they actually have good product I'd avoid this place. My review for my in store experience in November 2023. First, there is nothing helpful about going inside unless you want to see their aesthetic. The process is you get Ided at the door and then you wait to use one of 3 large tablets to compile your cart. You then get a text with your number and join the checkout line. One person in the back room was completing all the orders so it took a bit even though there were 5 customers in the whole Store. Since the menu was the exact same as the one on their site online, in the future I will be trying the "roll up window" to save time. There also was product displayed that wasn't on the "menu" via the tablet which was disappointing. The staff working near where you order on giant tablets didn't know anything about a single product I asked them about. They also were not comfortable with the tablets but it seemed to be their main job to help you compile a virtual cart. It seems like the owners hired people they knew personally instead of people who are actually knowledgeable about the product. This was really disappointing!!! I also know of two locals who applied here and never heard back at all. The price point was ok but important to note that there is no price difference for medical customers. The prices are high. I've waited my whole life for a dispensary in my hometown! This is going to be great that I don't have to drive to Vineland or AC for product. As a local, I am nervous how crowded the small space & long the line will be in the summer but they have 9 months to plan for the next season. read more

This place has it all. Edibles and flower. Not really sure what else but they have a website. You can log in and have it ready for you. Im in the Wildwood Crest and took us 25 min. i ran out of medicine and this spot can help with your aches and pains. I picked up acouple of hybrids. or whatever. lol. and i been talking all night. They have flower in the front of the store. in a Jar you can see how fresh and the smell. Type!! Im chillin with my free stickers. Dope designs. I'll be back next year. Been here 3 or 4 times and always have a great experience. Prices are pretty standard as far as dispensaries go and everyone that works there is super friendly. I've tried the Berry Haze Fernway cartridges and loved them. The full gram is only $75 compared to $60 for a half so go for the full gram.l to get your moneys worth. Even came with a free battery that has a cap to look like a pen during a promotion. Also tried an indica brownie scout dog walker that was $20 for a joint (pretty good quality) which I'll pay it to treat myself here and there. Naturally it's more expensive than what you could get black market but the quality is good. Favorite product so far is a blue dream cartridge. read more

First time here needed something for my severe neck pain. I don't smoke but was told that gummies with CBD can help. The salesperson recommended one with a lot of CBD and less THC . Got them cut them in half because I am a novice. They help lessen the pain . Will be going back such a nice place , clean, bright , great staff. read more

Absolutely horrible in store experience. Hire knowledgeable employees or don't open a B2C business. Your website clearly states 150 points after signing up for the loyalty program. I did not receive the points after signing up. Your employees made every excuse in the book as to why I didn't get these points after signing up, GOD FORBID someone try to remedy the situation. No smiles, no friendly greeting, just very very hostile environment. You will be paying close to $100 for 3.5 g of mid product. *** WARNING *** Check the expiration date before you buy. Been to Shore House Canna twice before with no complaints. Yesterday, purchased (2) 10 gummie containers. Checked both when I got home and saw one had an expiration date(not sell by date) in about 2 weeks. Went back the next day to exchange that one and they would not exchange claiming it was against state law. I will use Shore House Canna again but will not purchase anything that doesn't at least have 2 months until the expiration date. read more

Very sad to rate one star but after today I definitely need to. I've been going to this dispensary faithfully since they have opened. Ive always shown nothing but kindness to the workers. I purchased a cartridge and when I opened it is almost BLACK. With rings around the top. It looked NOTHING as described and either the manager or owner did absolutely nothing. I was put on hold for 15 minutes, and had to call back MYSELF to get an answer and FINALLY was told to come back. I come back and they exchange the item for an even darker version. Its also worth mentioning in total, i had to leave and come back THREE different times. They first would not accept my government issued military id. Then I had to return because of the products. Pictures attached of what the product is supposed to look like, vs what i got. Be prepared to spend $60-$100 to get expired, ripped off products. Any issues you have with them? How can the owner AGREE with the customer that it is bad product, but are also too cheap to genuinely replace it. Will happily drive the hour to another city to not have to deal with poor customer service like I did at shore house:) read more
