Vilo Fence was recommended to us by a friend who used them to fence her yard. Our fence project included vinyl picket style fence with both a manual gate and an electric gate and was completed in March 2022. We are pleased with the quality of the product, installation and service provided for a few fixes that were needed after installation. I took 1 star off because communication could have been better. Crew that came to us did not speak English and we could not communicate with them unless I called a friend to talk with them, and a few times someone would just come to fix or complete something without calling. It's understandable if a company can not come because of weather or another job going long but if I'm expecting someone to come I should get a call if they're on their way, or if they can't come to reschedule. However, Owner very responsive to fix any issues - he personally made sure we were happy with final product. I would recommend this company and would use them again. read more

Set an appointment up to get an estimate on a fence gate in my back yard. Made the appointment a week in advance as i have one day a week that I am home during the day. We never ended up getting a fence put up but that was because we moved and changed our minds but we had a quote done by Dariel from Vilo fence. I can not speak highly enough of Dariel's professionalism and work ethic. He was so communicative through the whole process as we weren't sure of what we wanted. When we moved he came to do another quote at our new house and instead of upselling us, he explained why a fence might not actually be the best decision for our property (we have a large corner lot but a huge part of it is city owned which Dariel figured out for us). He was so pleasant to work with and their prices were the most competitive that we found especially when a lot of companies were price gouging during the height of supply shortages. My sister did get a fence done by them on her property and they did a fantastic job. I truly hope one day we get to have a fence put up and we will absolutely call Dariel from Vilo Fence! read more

I would not recommend this company. They claim to be contractors, yet I hired them to replace a vynil gate for over $800. The crew showed up 4 1/2 hrs early, causing me to cancel other appointments I had scheduled. I let them do their work and after they left, I noticed my flower bed looked messed up so I went to clean it up. I found that the crew, a hired contractor by Vilo, had purposely dug up the flower bed and buried the old concrete blocks and other debris into it. The gate, was put on so that the wrong door opened. Another thing is that while digging in my flower bed, they cut the electrical wire going to the lamp post in my front yard. This crew looked me directly in the eye and lied to me about the garbage they were leaving behind as well. When I texted the company, Aierol would not respond. I threatened to put stop payment on check and he texts saying they were unable to receive messages or pics for 2 days. Mind ya, this was a cell phone, not email so he lied again. When I told him I wanted a new crew, he said these were sub contractors and they were responsible for the repairs and making things right. I hired him, not these sub contractors. I asked if they were certified electricians and he didn't know but assumes they are. I asked him to verify due to insurance concerns in the future. He couldn't. Now they want to send the same dishonest crew out to fix the problems, but I have to wait over the weekend. I don't trust this company or the sub contractors they hire. Ariel kept telling me he had to check with his supervisor for all this and how they would deal with it, yet his name is listed as the owner of the company on all the websites and his business card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! read more

I was replacing my wood fence with a vinyl fence and requested a few companies' quotes. Vilo Fence was the most reasonable. Santiago was my sales rep and he explained the process, materials, warranties, etc. The job was a 3 day job and the installers (Roberto and Jose) arrived on time every day. I met with them on the first day and they explained the process for removal of the old fence and the process for installation of the new fence and gates. I had a flower bed in front of one of the old gates and the guys told me it needed to be moved or removed as it would interfere with the gate opening. I told them I was removing the plants and they helped as they had a hole digger that even removed the roots. I had an issue because one of my neighbors installed a fence incorrectly and it was encroaching upon my property line and where my post would have to be. We worked around it and the results were fantastic. I am very happy with my new fence and the work that the installers did. I recommend Vilo Fence for price and warranty and I recommend Roberto and Jose as fantastic installers who are also meticulous workers and they were in constant communication with me during the removal and installation. Disclaimer: I was home during the entire removal and installation of the fence. I am bilingual (English/Spanish) and was able to communicate with the installers perfectly. They speak Spanish and some broken English so there is a language barrier but if the owners are home, they will show you exactly what they encounter as the job progresses so that you can decide how you want them to proceed. My next door neighbor (English speaking only) was able to communicate with them and ask them questions about my install as he is also thinking of replacing his fence and he was very pleased with their explanation. read more
