[[HIGHLIGHT]]I spoke to the salesman, Cean, at the end of May 2024 about my project.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It took him about 3 weeks to complete his quote, which I finally accepted and paid approximately 50% deposit for on June 25th. They hit a snag with the permit which was ironed out and approved by the City on 8/5/24. 100 days later, no word on when the fence will be installed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've called and left messages for Cean who no longer answers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called the office and went straight to voice mail. Left another message and no return call which is typical[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have to call and text multiple times to get a response from anyone and then the response is we'll get in touch with the manufacturer and will let you know what they say tomorrow......of course, they have never called back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm still waiting.....have paid over $3,000 in June and still sitting with no fence and no ETA nearly 5 months after paying the deposit.......completely pathetic. I would not trust this company to do the work. Their estimator measured and photo'd. Said he would run out to his truck, write up the quote and knock on my door. I looked out the window and the truck was gone. My neighbor used them this week. I'm at work when my phone starts ringing and people are texting me. Neighbors were letting each know that word was spreading around to go indoors and LOCK up. My security cameras showed police, wearing bulletproof vests, entering the project area from the back to arrest one of the workers. He already had an ankle monitor. I had 3 different companies come out and give us quotes. Everyone was over Discount Fence over a thousand dollars plus. We were scheduled to have the fence put up on January 8th. After speaking to Shelly, she was aware my son and I had rescued two puppies, and our old fence was falling down. She offered to put us on a cancelation notice. Which we got in on December 12th. The only issue was that was the day my son was graduating from college with his honors in his Bachelors. They arrived early and worked all day, only taking 2 2 minute breaks to let the cement harden. They were done by 12:30 pm, including a very nice clean up. I would highly recommend DISCOUNT FENCE for all your fencing needs. I had the best experience with this company. I knew it would look good....I didn't know it would look great! Cean came out, looked at my fence and explained everything. He was very polite and took his time. Great pricing and no deposit required! On the day of the install, the workers showed up on time. The foreman answered my questions and walked me through the job before they started. They were very meticulous with the work. Each panel was put together piece by piece (it didn't come already put together like you buy in the big box stores). It felt very custom. I don't know much about installing a fence, but I could tell what they were doing was the right way. In the end they washed everything down and the fence was absolutely perfect.
