She never cleaned anything in the condo during her three-year tenancy! The carpet was ruined, the dishwasher was ruined, the laminate floors were damaged beyond repair, the stainless steel appliance were scratched as well as the quartz countertops. There was hair in the drains and washing machine - the place was filthy! Brian was terrible at communicating and when I fired him, I told him so. All they want is the money and once you sign the agreement, good luck hearing from them.
